Opis:
This paper presents results of fi eld studies in historical former manor parks of the Drawsko Lakeland which were made during two vegetation seasons, in 2011 and 2012. The studies covered eight monumental former manor parks located in fi ve communes (Barwice commune – Stary Chwalim, Brzeźno commune – Wilczkowo, Czaplinek commune – Łazice, Siemczyno, Połczyn Zdrój commune – Kołacz, Łęgi, Słowianki, Złocieniec commune – Kosobudy). The study aimed at presenting geographical-historical status in Poland of the chosen former manor parks of the Drawsko Lakeland and especially taking into consideration the most precious specimen of dendrofl ora. A lot of old trees, trees alleys, trees lines, foreign species and protected trees were found on the parks’ areas. 507 species were found, including 171 synanthropic spontaneophytes (apophytes), 115 non-synanthropic spontaneophytes, 23 half-synanthropic spontaneophytes, 48 archeophytes, 41 kenophytes and 106 diaphytes. 153 taxa were found among dendric flora and 354 taxa of herbal flora. From the rare herbaceous plants in the scale of the region of protected ones of the analysed parks there are: Achillea ptarmica, Anemone ranunculoides, Asarum europaea, Convallaria majalis, Hippophaë rhamnoides, Liriodendron tulipifera, Lonicera periclymenum, Phellodendron amurense, Platanthera bifolia, Polypodium vulgare, Ptelea trifoliata, Taxus baccata, Thujopsis dolabrata, Viburnum opulus.

Opis:
The observation of the rapid rate of plant cover transformation caused by urbanization and agricultural technology was the inspiration for undertaking the study in rural areas. The study was carried out in the Sandomierz Basin in four typical villages with varying degrees of the anthropogenic impact. The changes observed included: Koszyce Małe – evident transformation of fields and meadows into building land; Kolbuszowa Dolna – intensive changes in land use, abandonment of fields and meadows, and river regulation; Roźwienica – emergence of new habitats for plant colonization after reclamation of land previously occupied by a brick factory and a landfill; Krzeczowice – intensive crop cultivation and unchanged land use. In 2009–2010, floristic investigations with the patrol method were carried out in these areas. The historical-geographical classification and indices of the anthropogenic changes of the flora were employed in the analysis. Substantially, domination of synanthropic species over non-synanthropic spontaneophytes was noted in the analysed floras. In the synanthropic species group, the proportion of apophytes was 3-fold higher than that of anthropophytes. Archaeophytes were more abundant than kenophytes. The flora of Krzeczowice, an area affected by long-term anthropopressure, was by approx. 30% less abundant than that in the other villages; it was also characterised by the highest synanthropization index, apophytization index, and index of apophytism of spontaneophytes. In turn, the flora found in Kolbuszowa Dolna was rich due to the presence of a wide variety of habitats; it was characterised by the lowest apophytization index accompanied by the highest anthropophization index.

Opis:
This paper presents recent localities of charophytes in the peatland complex of the northern part of Noteć Forest (Wielkopolska, Poland). In alkaline or calcareous fens and shallow waters, seven species of charophytes were found: Chara globularis, C. intermedia, C. virgata, C. vulgaris, Nitella capillaris, N. mucronata and N. syncarpa. Some of the charophytes, which were observed in this area, are regarded as endangered and vulnerable in Poland, especially, C. intermedia, N. capillaris and N. syncarpa. The preliminary research results on the studied charophyte distribution and ecology are presented.
