    Dziki zachód ludzkich żądz. Współczesne wyzwania etyczne w relacji człowiek – maszyna, ukazane w serialu Westworld. Możliwości nowych technologii stanowią spore wyzwanie etyczne dla współczesnego świata. Szczególnie mocno akcentowane są w relacji człowiek – maszyna, a co więcej w relacji maszyna – człowiek. Format serialowy Westworld to przykład aktualnego narzędzia medialnego ukazującego futurystyczną wizję istnienia świata, który składa się nie tylko z ludzi, ale z robotów przypominających do złudzenia człowieka. Produkcja ta przedstawia spektrum zagrożeń etycznych oraz dylematów moralnych ukazanych w ludzkim etosie. Serial skłania do etycznej refleksji oraz osądu moralnego dystopijnej wizji przyszłości oraz ludzkich działań. Artykuł ten to próba ukazania poshumanistycznej, technologicznej rzeczywistości w perspektywie i dobie realizacji transhumanisycztnych przemian oraz nowych perspektyw, przy równoczesnej ocenie problematyki moralnej towarzyszącej egzystencji ludzkiej. Ponadto usilna potrzeba refleksji nad istotą rozwoju nowych technologii, egzystującego w nich człowieka oraz konsekwencjami natury etycznej i egzystencjalnej, skłania medioznawców do odszukania rozwiązań powyższych problemów, tj. stosunku do prototypów człowieka.
    Contemporary ethical challenges in the man-machine relationship, shown in the Westworld series. The possibilities of new technologies represent a considerable ethical challenge for the modern world. Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between both human and machine. The Westworld series is an example of a current media tool showing a futuristic vision of the existence of a world consisting not only of people, but also robots, resembling to an illusion of man. The production presents a spectrum of ethical threats and moral dilemmas shown in human ethos. A serial syntax for ethical reflection and moral judgment of the dystopian vision of the future and human actions. This article is an attempt to show the post-humanistic, technological reality, in the perspective and era of the realization of transhumanistic transformations and new perspectives, while evaluating the moral issues that accompany human existence. Moreover, the urgent need to reflect on the essence of the development of new technologies, on the human being who exists in them, and on the consequences of their ethical and existential nature, leads the mediators to find solutions to the above-mentioned problems, this is the attitude to human prototypes.

    The importance of trust for the development of an individual, social relations and for the development of societies has been emphasised by social, psychological and educational theorists. Personal and social trust towards people is to a great extent bound with emotional involvement. People who are close to one another, especially relatives or friends assume that they act on similar principles. Such assumptions about personal relations make people more open, generous and optimistic. Social trust is gained in the course of various daily, professional and social experiences. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to demonstrates personal and social trust on the basis of the results of the surveys conducted by CBOS (Public Opinion Research Centre in Poland).

    Not only during the period of his Pontificate, but also during previous years, the activity of Karol Wojtyła is worth recalling, appreciating and internalizing, and his preached and written teaching on responsible parenthood should be put into practice. The teaching about man, love, marriage, and parenthood is still relevant today. However, there are both those who support them as well as those who oppose them, particularly, opponents who avoid moral principles, especially in the field of the transmission of life. Therefore, a question arises about the effects of Cardinal Wojtyła’s efforts to protect the dignity of a child and a woman – mother, as well as morality in the area of procreation. The victory of the truth, visible in the encyclical Humanae vitae promulgated by Paul VI, is a success, while the spread of demoralization experienced to this day by groups promoting abortion and contraception and especially the poor moral condition of future spouses and parents, creates new challenges.

    The rapidly changing reality, which has been influenced by the development of technology and the industrial revolution since the nineteenth century, has largely weakened the teaching profession and the form and type of professional certification. This weakening also devaluates the idea of citizenship, which is largely conveyed during the education process. Contemporary education (4.0) is focused on practical education, where the space for shaping attitudes and creating behaviour patterns is marginalised. The relationship between education and industry related to socialisation and culture-forming processes is part of the development of individuals in societies and part of a broader formal development plan for different types of state and national organisations. The processes of systemic changes in education do not always keep up with the changing social, political and economic situation. The authors of this article indicate how the teacher education process looked in the past, through a sociohistorical approach based on the understanding of what teachers think about the meaning of digital learning in everyday school life and work. In order to do this, it was necessary to undertake an investigation from the perspective of the teachers themselves. This was helpful for the analysis of the semantic and ideological imperfection of education 4.0, based on the role of teaching staff in digital citizenship education.
