    Opis:
    Poniższa praca jest prezentacją wyników badań zrealizowanych na potrzeby pracy magisterskiej. Przedmiotem badania było wychowanie religijne młodzieży zagrożonej niedostosowaniem społecznym, a proces badawczy poświęcony był diagnozie stanu wychowania religijnego oraz opisowi przebiegu tego wychowania. Badanie było przeprowadzone w oparciu o metodę biograficzną z wykorzystaniem techniki wywiadu swobodnego. Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, że wychowanie religijne badanej młodzieży jest ograniczone w swoich przejawach oraz wystąpiło głównie w okresie edukacji początkowej.
    The following paper is a presentation of the results of the research carried out for the Master's thesis. The subject of the study was the religious upbringing of young people at risk of social maladjustment, where the research process was devoted to the diagnosis of the state of religious upbringing and the description of the course of this upbringing. The authors chose the biographical method research with the use of the unstructured interview technique. The conducted research shows that religious upbringing of the examined youth is limited in its manifestations and occurred mainly in the period of early education.

    Opis:
    The article analyzed the Magisterium of the Catholic Church concerning means of communication, with a special focus on television. Subsequently, the Church teaching on the mass media in Poland was  discussed, with a special reference to television. The discussion  offered in this article constitutes the basis for the next part of the  study which will examine the canonical norms related to television. The review of history and teaching of the Magisterium shows the  particular transition: from initial aloofness towards new tools of communication, to positive acceptance. The Church was quite fast in  recognizing television and using it in evangelization practice. Consequently, the pastoral application of television leads to using the influence of public and private stations as well as own Catholic television. A significant change in the post-Conciliar Church practice was including means of communication in pastoral programmers. The teaching of the Church is accompanied with statements and documents of  particular Churches which are better adjusted to local ecclesiastic and  media contexts. To sum up the teaching of the Church, one should say that it is not so much about establishing binding and strict norms as it is showing the direction and accompanying people and environments. Although the teaching of the Church does not discuss the thread of internet television development directly, this should be also referred to new forms of creating television transmission, including Catholic Internet viewers.

    The author of the article tries to define the most important features of the writings of the founder of the Congregation of the Franciscan Sisters, Servants of the Cross, and on this basis define the basic assumptions of the Lasek Work, in which the community was made up of Franciscan Sisters, visually impaired people and lay people, supported by the chaplain of the Work, priest Władysław Korniłowicz. Thanks to all of them, the center in Laski was an active example of the Gospel incarnated in everyday life.

    Having set out in some detail the central teaching of the encyclical “Veritatis Splendor” – on exceptional moral norms – this paper outlines some of the preparatory work done by the International Theological Commission in a document which, though adopted with virtual unanimity by the Commission, remains unpublished because it so closely preceded the encyclical. In a third section, the paper recalls relevant teachings of Vatican II and of the Holy See that the ITC document recalled in support of its thesis. The fourth section of the paper offers some further reflections on the encyclical, its foundations and its significance.
