- Rev. Stefan Wyszyński indicated the parents’ rights as the first educators in the process of teaching and educating their children in accordance with their own convictions. The school or even the Curch and State can not completely replace this education. The Catholic Church is a teaching community and has the absolute and exclusive right to teach the principles of faith. The basic task of the State is to protect the social welfare of citizens, and therefore it should not remain passive towards the proper education of the young generation. The principle of cooperation of the family, school, Church and State is a basic condition of the social order.
