    Opis:
    Niniejszy artykuł stanowi przegląd rozsiedlenia rodowego szlachty w południowej części dawnego powiatu brzezińskiego do początku XVI w. W oparciu o zapiski heraldyczne i sądowe oraz materiał źródłowy dokonano przeglądu najważniejszych rodzin szlacheckich z uwzględnieniem ich przynależności do konkretnych herbów. W toku niniejszych studiów dało się zidentyfikować takie rody szlacheckie, jak Awdańcy oraz Bielinowie.
    This article provides an overview of the ancestral settlement of the nobility in the southern part of the former Brzeziny district until the beginning of the 16th century. Based on heraldic and court records as well as source material, the most important noble families were reviewed, taking into account their affiliation to specific coats of arms. In the course of this study, it was possible to identify such noble families as the Awdaniec and Bielina.

    Niniejszy artykuł stanowi kontynuację dociekań nad przynależnością rodową szlachty, która posiadała swoje dobra w południowej części dawnego powiatu brzezińskiego. W oparciu o materiał źródłowy oraz literaturę przedmiotu dokonano przeglądu rodzin szlacheckich, zwracają uwagę na ich przynależność herbową i osady, w których dziedziczyli (także przejściowo) ich poszczególni reprezentanci. Podsumowaniem podjętej analizy jest mapa.
    This article continues the investigations into the ancestral affiliations of the nobility who held their estates in the southern part of the former Brzeziny district. Based on source material and the literature on the subject, an overview of the noble families is provided, drawing attention to their coat-of-arms affiliations and the settlements which their respective representatives inherited (also temporarily). A map summarises the analysis.

    Grób Bonawentury Kuźniczowa, zmarłego w 1829 r. żołnierza Wojska Polskiego, został znaleziony w jednej z krypt katedry w Łowiczu. Zachowane wyposażenie grobu może uzupełnić studia nad umundurowaniem Wojska Polskiego okresu Królestwa Kongresowego. Powód, dla którego żołnierz został pochowany w ówczesnej kolegiacie, pozostaje nieznany. Przeprowadzona kwerenda stała się jednak przyczynkiem do odtworzenia drzewa genealogicznego rodziny Kuźniczowów.
    The grave of Bonawentura Kuźniczow, a Polish soldier who died in 1829, was found in one of the crypts in the cathedral in Łowicz. The preserved grave equipment can contribute to studies on the uniforms of the Polish Army uniforms during the Congress Kingdom of Poland. The reason why the soldier was buried in the collegiate church remains unknown. However, the conducted query contributed to the reconstruction of the Kuźniczów family tree. (tłum. Mariusz Górniak).

    Opis:
    The papier is a study of Matthew 1,18b–25 focalized on the narrative form of expression of belief in Incarnation. The studied pericope is presented as a key element of the Matthew’s Infancy Gospel (Matthew 1–2). Analysis of the plot of narrative is completed with the study of the quotation of Is 7,9 used in Matthew 1,23 in the Greek version (LXX). Both, the narrative and the form of the quoted text chosen by the author of the gospel are focalized on the virginal conception of Jesus as a decisive argument for the divine origin of Jesus. Inner textual recipient of the message of Incarnation is St. Joseph, a model of believer.

    Judah as a geographical area and a country inhabited by people hasalways been exceptional and extraordinary. The oldest historical sourcepoints to an independent socio-political entity, connected loosely to thewhole of Israel. This independence and self-sufficiency was the mainstayof existence for this exceptional generation in the history of the chosennation. The reason for the uniqueness of Judah in the history of Israel shouldbe traced back to prehistory that points to the vicinity and influenceof Egypt, which contributed to its independence and self-sufficiency. Thetime when this self-sufficiency was particularly tested is connected withJudah’s relative autonomy and self-rule under Persian supremacy after 538BC. There is the time of the author’s creative activity 1–2 Chr, whose wholework is devoted to the New Israel, which stands for the newly-shaped Judeancountry under the supervision of Persian imperators. Judah in the booksof 1–2 Chr is the heir of all the most crucial promises Yahweh had madeto Judah’s ancestors. David, the king, and his successors are the guardiansof Yahweh’s promises. Torah assigns the first forms of cult and liturgicalholiness to Moses. Nevertheless, the only role model of holiness accordingto 1–2 Chr is Jesse’s son, whom we can undoubtedly call the second Moses.The members of David’s dynasty are held as the only legitimate sovereignsof Israel who rule the country, sitting on the throne of Yahweh Himself:1 Chr 17,14; 28,5; 29,23; 2 Chr 9,8; 13,8. It would be the home of all the twelvetribes of Israel in which, despite the conflicts, friction, or political obstacles,all are the heirs of Yahweh’s promises in brotherhood. This idea manifestsitself in the whole work from the detailed description of Judah’s genealogyto its final verses.
