Opis:: The article shortly presents the idea of developing the corridors that belong to the TEN-T program that cross Poland, together with the opinion of the Economic- Social Commission concerning its state of the realization. It compares this with the belief of Polish government, initiated by Polish MP and stated in the document it approved. Both these opinions have been faced with the actual realization state of the projects believed to be crucial.

Opis:: The aim of this article is to analyse and evaluate some aspects of financing the development of employees' professional qualifications within the Human Capital Operational Programme. The object of this study are issues connected with the chosen priority within each the training projects which provide training for employees in enterprises are carried out. A part of this article presents the role of the EU trainings by identifying the effects of the training projects within the Human Capital Operational Programme on example of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodship. The source material for this thesis includes literature on management, programme documents concerning the functioning of structural funds and reports from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Office of the Marshal concerning the implementation of regional component of Human Capital Operational Programme in the period of 2007-2013.
