Importance of the state - Opis:
- State can in different areas and with different intensity to engage in economic and social life. One such area, which certainly requires the activity of the state, and in many dimensions, is the area of municipal services. For the validity of these actions suggest a number of arguments to lead the particular importance and specific characteristics of these services. However, the identification conditions in favor of making and maintain¬ing by the state of activity in the area of municipal services is the only contribution to the discussion about the intensity of his involvement. The aim of this article is to attempt to determine the impact of the state in the area of municipal services. Thus, it is intended both to take inquiries on the existing the extent and strength of the state's involvement in this area as well, which seems nevertheless important, intentional is an indication of alternative proposals.
