Satisfaction research - Opis:
- Healthcare is very important in everyone's life. In Poland the healthcare system is hotly debated, both in public and private discussions. Many are very critical of its present state and performance. The purpose of this study was to develop a model of evaluation of the patients' satisfaction from the quality and accessibility of medical services performed by family doctors in the Lublin and Sub-Carpathian Voivodeships in the context of alleviating disparities in the quality of delivered services. The study was carried out with the use of originally developed research tool, a dedicated questionnaire form.
