Opis:: Aim/purpose – Disasters or catastrophic events create unforeseen circumstances and require new approaches from local and national administrations in addressing the negative impacts on society and the economy. Determining the role of e-government in providing the kind of services that are especially needed has become particularly relevant during COVID-19. This paper aims to assess the progress and current state of research on the role of e-government during or in the aftermath of catastrophic events. The purpose of this research is twofold: one, to benefit scholars by providing directions and a basis for further research, and two, to offer guidance to decision-makers involved with disaster management. Design/methodology/approach – The methodology used in this study is a systematic literature review. Multiple databases, including EBSCO, Elsevier, Emerald, JSTOR, Google Scholar, SAGE, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Springer, Taylor and Francis, and Wiley Online Library were searched for appropriate papers. In total, 36 papers published between 2004 and 2022 met our inclusion criteria and were analyzed. Findings – The study produced three types of findings. First, an analysis of the themes and trends in the existing literature. Second, a synopsis of the published research findings in the reviewed papers. And third, a description of the needs and opportunities for further research. Research implications/limitations – This study should help other researchers in directing their efforts in further exploration, and it should help people involved with real-life disaster management to navigate through the effective role and application of e-government. The main limitation is that we found only 36 research papers that met our inclusion criteria. Originality/value/contribution – Despite the potentially critical role that e-government may have in mitigating the negative effects of catastrophic events, research on e-government in disaster management seems to be still underdeveloped, and to our knowledge, there is no published systematic review of such research.

Opis:: This paper adopts the approach of systematic review and provides a synthesis of the literature on coopetition in management and strategy. Our review focuses first on the phenomenon features, and offers a consensus-based definition. Next, we address the theoretical frameworks used by researchers and examine the linkage with related fields in order to outline the distinctive lines of coopetition versus alliances. Then we review the empirical foci adopted in published work to identify both preferred and underexplored areas of extant academic attention. We draw a research agenda oriented at further exploration of coopetition morphology, elucidating the stability issue and examining coopetition along the antecedents-process-outcomes trail.(original abstract)

Opis:: Aim/purpose – This paper aims to explore both fuel sales forecasting and the business ecosystem, subsequently reversing the focus to examine the business ecosystem in the context of fuel sales forecasting. Accompanying this research objective are the following research questions: 1) Does the order in which the topics of “business ecosystems” and “fuel sales forecasting” are searched affect the search results? 2) Which keywords frequently co-occur in publications related to “business ecosystems” and “fuel sales forecasting”? 3) What is the relationship between the terms “fuel sales forecasting” and “business ecosystem”? Design/methodology/approach – The study employs a hybrid review methodology, utilizing specific queries within the Scopus database to identify research themes and motifs. This hybrid form of literature review integrates the tenets of both bibliometric and structured reviews. In this study, the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework was employed. The visual analysis was conducted using VOSviewer bibliometric software, with a focus on keywords relevant to the relationship between fuel sales forecasting and business ecosystem terms. Findings – Key findings include the identification of co-occurring keywords in fuel sales forecasting and business ecosystem theory literature. The study reveals research gaps and potential areas for future study in business ecosystems, highlighting the impact of fuel sales forecasting in various economic sectors beyond traditional ones, like forestry, agriculture, and fisheries. Utilizing a hybrid literature study research method, the paper analyses data from scientific publications in the Scopus database and employs VOSviewer software to develop bibliometric maps of keyword co-occurrences. Research implications/limitations – The research underscores the broad implications of fuel sales forecasting within a business ecosystem context and identifies areas lacking in-depth study. This study maps scientific publications, identifying the intellectual structure and current research trends. This study contributes to the understanding of fuel sales forecasting within the business ecosystem context as a part of the energy sector transition. Originality/value/contribution – This paper contributes to the field of science and practice by identifying research areas integrating fuel sales forecasting within the business ecosystem construct. It indicates future promising research avenues for researchers and industry professionals, aiming to guide ongoing research. The article addresses a significant theme that warrants scholarly attention. This study allows researchers to define the research gaps covered by published articles and indicate the directions of scientific development.

Opis:: Aim/purpose - This paper systematically reviews the literature of employer branding (EB) and employee-based brand equity (EBBE) using the Application Programming Interface (API) provided by Google Scholar. While combining EB and EBBE this paper considers both the perspective of current, as well as potential employees and provides a systematization of knowledge related to organizational attractiveness and the impact of employees on the organizational brand. Design/methodology/approach - This study reviews the progresses in employer branding since 2009 to 2022, therefore ranging from the time that the concept of employee-based brand equity was proposed by King and Grace (2009). A four-stage process empowered by was used to review the existing literature: 1) to identify the current tendencies Google Trends search was applied; 2) to search the databases and to identify the most active contributors (publishers and authors) the scholar API was used; 3) PRISMA-S checklist was applied to ensure the rigorousness of systematic literature review; 4) to expose the interdependence of the concepts a bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer 1.6.18 software; 5) finally this study proposes a comprehensive framework of employer branding. Findings - The research on employer branding has grown substantially in the past decades and various conceptual and empirical studies have advanced the knowledge of both employer and internal branding. Still, the progression in the literature is narrow due to complexity of the field. This study identifies the main dimensions of employer branding and offers a comprehensive framework to systematize the current state of art. Research implications/limitations - The multidisciplinary nature of employer branding has led to a dispersed understanding of constructs and applications in the academic studies. This study focuses on the marketing/branding perspective and does not consider the studies grounded purely in human resource management. Originality/value/contribution - This study increases our understanding of the current literature and new research trends in employer branding and employee-based brand equity. Additionally, it explains the link between EB and EBBE. While applying the recently developed scholar API and artificial intelligence empowered software to conduct the systematic review, this study creates a procedure that can be used by researchers in an array of fields.

Opis:: In this work authors propose to perform an extensive literature review (LR) to elicit all the relevant NoSQL mechanisms, describing them and pointing out the main references. In the first section, they introduce the research methodology where they elicit the main steps to perform a LR. Afterwards, they describe the problem this research intends to help solve. They follow with a LR regarding NoSQL mechanisms and identify and describe the main NoSQL problems. The main contribution concerns that literature searching results are presented in the mind map. Generally, mind mapping is a technique for the concept relations’ visualisation. At the beginning the map is created around a single concept, e.g. NoSQL, which is connected directly to another concept and the other ideas branch out from that. For mind mapping, authors use an open source tool, i.e., Mind Map Maker. Then, they summarize how they evaluate their work. Finally, they conclude about the research and further works.
W artykule autorzy zaproponowali wykonanie obszernych studiów literatury dla przedstawienia konstrukcji środowiska NoSQL, opisali problem i wskazali odnośniki do literatury. W pierwszej części przedstawili metodę badań i opisali etapy studiów literatury jako metody badań. Następnie przedstawili przedmiot badań, zidentyfikowali i opisali główne problemy badawcze. Wyniki badań przedstawili w postaci mapy myśli. Wykorzystali ku temu narzędzie otwarte, tj. Mind Map Maker. Ocenili wyniki i wskazali możliwe dalsze prace badawcze.

Opis:: This paper introduces a systematic literature review as a tool for both training (TNA) and learning (LNA) needs analyses. Additionally, given the systematic approach it presents findings on core skills in ICT industries obtained using both academic and grey literature analyses applied few and far between by scholars. In particular, the aim of the paper is to show systematic literature review as valuable not only in an academic field (namely for scientists, scholars, and researchers) but also for practitioners. Therefore, it is claimed to be useful for companies interested in employees’ development and training as well as for educational institutions interested in tailoring of their training programs and educational offer to business requirements and students’ needs.
Artykuł przedstawia systematyczny przegląd literatury jako wartościowe narzędzie identyfikacji potrzeb szkoleniowych (Training Needs Analysis) oraz analizy potrzeb edukacyjnych (Learning Needs Analysis). Dodatkowo, wykorzystując podejście systematyczne, artykuł prezentuje wyniki badań dotyczących kluczowych umiejętności w sektorach teleinformatycznych (ICT), przeprowadzonych nie tylko na podstawie analizy literatury akademickiej, ale także literatury szarej, która jest rzadko stosowana przez badaczy w ogóle, natomiast w Polsce dotychczas była wykorzystywana niezwykle rzadko. Celem artykułu jest w szczególności przedstawienie systematycznego przeglądu literatury jako użytecznego narzędzia analitycznego znajdującego zastosowanie nie tylko w obszarze akademickim (badacze, naukowcy), ale również w praktyce gospodarczej. W opracowaniu przyjęto, iż rzeczone narzędzie znajduje uzasadnione zastosowanie w przedsiębiorstwach ukierunkowanych na rozwój i szkolenie pracowników, jak również w instytucjach edukacyjnych zorientowanych na opracowanie oraz dostosowanie programów szkoleniowych i oferty edukacyjnej do aktualnych potrzeb czy wymagań praktyki gospodarczej.

Opis:: Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników przeglądu literatury, odnoszącej się do rynku nieruchomości. W pracy wykorzystano metodę badawczą, zwaną systematycznym przeglądem literatury − analizę frekwencyjności. Posłużyła ona do identyfikacji perspektyw teoretycznych, przyjmowanych w publikacjach polskich i zagranicznych autorów. Pozwoliła także określić najważniejsze teorie oraz koncepcje, które stanowią obecnie konceptualne podstawy dla badań oraz rozważań nad rynkiem nieruchomości w Polsce i na świecie. Przegląd literatury posłużył również do identyfikacji strumieni badawczych, które dały podstawę do wyróżnienia luk poznawczo-badawczych, stanowiących propozycję przyszłych projektów naukowych w obszarze rynku nieruchomości.
The aim of this article is to present the results of a literature review relating to the real estate market. The study used one of the techniques −increasingly popular in the social sciences −research method, called a systematic review of the literature −frequency analysis. It was used to: identify theoretical perspectives, adopted in national and international publications, identify the most important theories and concepts that are currently the conceptual basis for research and deliberation on the real estate market in Poland and in the world. A literature review was also used to identify streams of research that gave rise to the distinction cognitive research gaps, representing a proposal for future research projects in the area real estate market.
