    Opis:
    The development and the resultant growth in the value of a company is achieved, among other things, by changing its equity structure. Ownership transformations, which have an impact on changes in company equity structure, should be given a required shape, character and pace; these transformations, therefore, should be controlled competently. Consequently, privatisation will be treated as a basic element of ownership transformation and as a factor responsible for changes in company equity structure. Research into three forms of capital at the Rzeczpospolita daily’s largest companies suggests that private capital, foreign capital included, is clearly prevalent. It has constantly, though unsteadily, been increasing its predominance over state capital.

    Opis:
    The importance of social responsibility has an everymore prominent position. This is since the world is increasingly interconnected and globalization is constantly moving forward. The aim of the paper is to analyse the activities of social responsibility of a selected company: Bosch, and then propose specific recommendations for further development of the company. It is based on analysis of company reports, interviews with managers and a questionnaire survey. The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services. We focused on the plant in Jihlava, in the Czech Republic. The findings show that most employees know the concept of CSR and perceive it as a positive matter and want their employer to behave according to this concept. According to them, the greatest attention should be paid to the social pillar. The survey shows that the employees know the values of the company in which they work. In terms of communication with employees with regards to the activities of CSR, it is at a high level. Finally, recommendations are proposed, including ones concerning problems with transport, eco-labels, communication and employee support.

    Opis:
    This article explores the psychology that motivates Yang Jung-Ung and his actors in the process of translating Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream into a Korean style. By focusing on the ways of showing the theme of the play in modern styles fused with traditional modes of theatrical practice, the director attempts to develop his own ways of expression to communicate with the modern Korean audience. In this process, Yang reconstructs the dialogues between the characters rather than rely heavily on Shakespeare’s text and language. For this reason, his production has often been criticised for missing Shakespeare’s poetry. However, the beauty of poetry is not only in Shakespeare’s language itself, but rather it is in the mental process of how the artist and audiences understand and translate its meaning in their cultural contexts. Shakespeare’s language includes a great deal of imagery that provides the artists with concrete information for constructing the stage mise-en-scène. In Yang’s production, Shakespeare’s poetry is expressed through the visual images created by the performer’s physical bodies, which reflects the director’s interpretation of the play in his cultural context. By analysing the performers’ physical movements, this article studies how Yang perceives the theme of Shakespeare’s Dream in relation to a Korean cultural context and presents his unique vision on the play.

    This article presents some of the problems in translation of company documentation and the methods in teaching Bulgarian and Polish as a foreign language. The author analyses the language transfer, the difficulties that the students have in translating company documentation from Polish to Bulgarian and from Bulgarian to Polish and the mistakes they make.
    Tematem artykułu jest problematyka tłumaczenia dokumentacji firmowej w nauczaniu języka bułgarskiego i polskiego jako obcego. Analizowane są trudności związane z tłumaczeniem dokumentacji z polskiego na bułgarski i z bułgarskiego na polski, interferencja międzyjęzykowa oraz błędy, które popełniają studenci podczas zajęć z tłumaczenia.
