    Pursuing an active economic policy by the state is a common phenomenon in the contemporary world. The role played by the state in the economy, the scope and instruments o f economic policies in particular countries tend to vary according to the accepted economic doctrine, internal and external conditions, and the ensuing goals. The present article discusses several chosen concepts of unemployment reduction in Germany from the viewpoint of possibilities of using them in the Polish labour market. The emphasis laid on the unemployment reduction concepts is due to their significance as prerequisites for formulating the goals and instruments of the labour market policy both in Germany and in Poland. A part of the presented strategies and instruments accompaying them are well known in Poland both from the theory as a canon knowledge about instruments of the labour market policy and, to a smaller extent, from the employment policy practice. Drawing attention to these concepts we perceive wider application possibilities of the proposed solutions in conditions of the transforming economies in Central Europe including the Polish labour market.

    The analysis performed in this article is focused on size and structure of unemployment in the Federal Republic of Germany since 1973 till the early eighties. The author stresses the fact that although a sharp growth in unemployment in the period under survey should be attributed to deterioration of the business situation and changes in conditions of functioning of the FRG's economy generated by increase in prices of fuels and energy as well as raw materials, some factors indicate that unemployment in this country assumes characteristics of structural unemployment. This is confirmed by analysis of unemployment structure performed with regard to the unemployed age criterion, period of unemployment, its structure according to economic sectors, branches and professions of the unemployed. The author also points at causes of the structural deficit of jobs placing the main emphasis on a drop in investment propensity observed in the FRG's economy in the seventies.

    In the entire period following the Second World War, and especially in the seventies there took place a marked progress in development of industrial democracy in the FRG. This refers mainly to representative forms of this democracy. Workers participation is carried out through factory committees composed of representatives of the whole body of workers, and representatives of employees in supervisory councils and on company boards. With the exception of the metallurgical and coalmining industries where the position of employees and shareholders' representatives is more or loss equalized, in the remaining industries employers occupy by far the most predominant position. Trade unions are situated outside the company but their influence inside the company and, first of all, indirect influence is quite considerable. One of drawbacks in the participation system in the FRG is absence of possibilities for participation of individual employees in making decisions, which causes their dissatisfaction with the existing system.

    The article contains a presentation of the main elements of the concept of regional structural policy of the Federal Republic of Germany. A point of departure for the analysis is a defnition of role and place of the regional structural policy within economic sciences. It allows to determine its role and scope, goals of particular entities and applied instruments. The regional structural policy holds a permanent place in the German economic thought as a part o f the economic policy pursued by the State. A specific character of the federal state implies special regulations concerning the problem of subjectiveness. Goals of the regional structural policy ensue from the pyramid of goals accepted within the framework of social market economy doctrine. The instruments applied have been subordinated to these goals. Both the theoretical experiments and the economic practice in Germany point a t the necessity of conducting a regional structural policy by the State irrespective of various discussions on the scope of state intervention in the economy.

    Mag Hegel angesichts der allumfassenden Ökonomisierung und Marktregulation des künstlerischen Feldes in seinen Vorlesungen über die Ästhetik bereits im frühen 19. Jahrhundert vom Tod der Kunst gesprochen haben, Künstler und Künstlerinnen sind bis heute zum Glück noch nicht gestorben bzw. verschwunden. Paratexte und Interviews zeigen Versuche sich auch unter poststrukturalistischen, postsubjektiven und postfaktischen Vorzeichen auktorial durchzusetzen und auf dem Markt, aber doch auch ganz klar für sich, Aufmerksamkeit über die Auto-Präsentation in der Öffentlichkeit als Anhäufung von symbolischem Kapital zu produzieren bzw. diese Prozesse als Narrative auszugestalten. Dass sich dabei auch immer eine Reflexionsebene gegenüber dem literarischen Feld ergibt, ja letzteres und damit den Literaturbetrieb zum Narrativ werden lässt, wird anhand von HERMANN LENZ Literaturbetriebsromanen genauer herausgearbeitet. Durch die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Literaturbetrieb ist es LENZ möglich, die Inszenierung und Selbstbehauptung von Autorschaft und Autorschaftsbewusstsein zu reanimieren.
    Choć Hegel w swych wykładach z estetyki pisał już na początku XIX w. – w związku z powszechną merkantylizacją i urynkowieniem kultury – o śmierci sztuki, twórczynie i twórcy przetrwali na szczęście do dziś dnia. Parateksty i wywiady świadczą o próbach utwierdzenia swojej autorskiej pozycji. Nawet w uwarunkowaniach postrukturalistycznych, postsubjektywnych i postprawdy chodzi o przyciąganie uwagi poprzez autoprezentację w przestrzeni publicznej i gromadzenie kapitału symbolicznego, ewentualnie kształtowanie tych procesów w toku narracji – na potrzeby rynku (sztuki) lub po prostu jedynie dla siebie. W tym kontekście rodzi się również refleksja na temat pola literackiego oraz tworzy narracja o nim i o produkcji literackiej. Artykuł prezentuje ten fenomen na przykładzie powieści HERMANNA LENZA. Dzięki konfrontacji z życiem literackim udało się LENZOWI ożywić autonomiczność i świadomość autorskości.
    Faced with the omnipresent economization and market regulation of the artistic field, Hegel had already discussed the death of art in the early 19th century in his Vorlesungen über die Ästhetik; yet the artist was hardly dead, and remains alive today. Paratexts and interviews show artists’ attempts at self-creation – in many contexts, including post-structural, post-subjective and post-factual. The goal is to attract attention through self-presentation in public  and gathering symbolic capital – for the sake of the market, or the artist himself, alternatively to transform these processes into semi-fictional narratives. The fact that reflection is always present in the literary sphere is analyzed in HERMANN LENZ’S novels revolving around the literary business. By confronting literary life, LENZ was able to reanimate the sense of autonomy and awareness of authorship.
