Opisano nowe rozwiązanie układowe przetwornika R/U do współpracy z termorezystorami Pt100/Ni100/Cu100. Charakteryzuje się ono połączeniem waloru stabilności układu mostkowego z zasilaniem przetwornika termometrycznego prądem o stabilizowanej wartości, a więc wiernym odtwarzaniem jego charakterystyki Rt = f(t). Układ umożliwia proste przesunięcie charakterystyki wyjściowej tak, aby zero sygnału wyjściowego odpowiadało np. wartości 100,0 W termorezystora. Napięciowy sygnał wyjściowy jest niesymetryczny, odniesiony do masy układu pomiarowego. Osiągnięto to wszystko przy niezwykle prostym rozwiązaniu układowym. Układ nadaje się do pracy w cyfrowych i analogowych termometrach. Autor wykorzystywał układ w konstrukcji cyfrowych termometrów o zakresie 0...200 st.C, z linearyzacją analogową oraz linearyzacją programową - przy wspomaganiu układu pomiarowego mikrokontrolerem.
The paper deals with a new system solution of the R/U converter for the co-operation with thermoresistores Pt100/Ni100Cu100. It is characterised by the combination of stability value of the bridge system with converter supply of the current of the stabilised value, this by a true representation of its characteristic curve Rt = f(t). The system makes it possible to shift simply an initial characteristic curve in such a way that zero of the initial signal corresponds to e.g. the value 100,0 W of the thermoresistors. Initial voltage signal is asymmetric and it refers to the mass of the measurement system. It was all achieved due to an extremely simple system solution. The system can be used in the operation of digital and analogue thermometers.

In this paper we consider the problem of modeling curves in R n via interpolation with out apriori specified interpolation knots. We discuss two approaches to estimate missing knots{ti}mi=0 for non-parametric data(i.e.collection of points {qi}mi=0, where qiRn). The first approach (uniforme valuation) is based on blind guess in which knots {ˆti}mi=0 are chosen uniformly. The second approach (cumulative chord parameterization), incorporates the geometry of the distribution of data points.More precisely the difference ˆti+1−ˆti is equal to the Euclidean distance between data points qi+1 and qi. The second method partially compensates for the loss of the information carried by the reduced data. We also present the application of the above schemes for fitting non-parametric data in computer graphics (light-source motion rendering),in computer vision (image segmentation)and in physics (high velocity particles trajectory modeling).Though experiments are conducted for points in R2 and R3 the entire method is equally applicable in Rn.

Abstract: The paper presents a new measurement method for checkweighers, where the measurement result is obtained by solving a simple optimization problem. The method assumes that the mass of constant geometry and a small masses spread is measured. The measurement accuracy changes as a function of noise-eliminating low-pass filter frequency was investigated. The state of knowledge about the filtration of checkweigher signal is also summarized.

The paper deals with the influence of emissivity on infrared measurements (Tab. 1; Fig. 1-3) and presents the developed device for emissivity estimation (Fig. 4). There is comparison shown between the reference emissivity values measured with thermal camera (Fig. 5) and estimated with the developed device (Tab. 2). Obtained results are in good agreement for three examined samples with emissivity ranging from 0.1 to 0.95.

Opis:
The need to create software for measuring data acquisition to ensure data collection during calibration of the multimeter and to verify its accuracy was justified. The prototype of such software working with the M-4650CR multimeter was developed in the VBA MS Excel environment. This software, called "CAL-DAQ", is a modular structure that enables the execution of individual modules in order to facilitate the measurement procedure. Software of this kind can be useful in industrial measurement management systems which are an important part of quality management systems.

The paper deals with illumination issues in multispectral imaging and presents the lock-in approach for background light suppression. There is comparison shown between the results obtained with differential approach and lock-in approach without sweep and with sweep. Obtained results prove the good performance of background suppression with the proposed lock-in approach.

In this paper, we present the advantage of the ability of FPGAs to perform various computationally complex calculations using deep pipelining and parallelism. We propose an architecture that consists of many small stream processing blocks. The designed framework maintains proper data movement and synchronization. The architecture can be easily adapted to be implemented in FPGA devices of a various size and cost - from small SoC devices to high-end PCIe accelerator cards. It is capable to perform a selected operation on a sparse data that are loaded as the stream of vectors. As an example application, we have implemented the cosine similarity measure for the text similarity calculations that uses the TF-IDF weighting scheme. The presented example application calculates the similarity of texts from the set of input documents to documents from the large database. The scheme is used to find the most similar documents. The proposed design can decrease the service time of search queries in computer centers while reducing power consumption.

Artykuł omawia możliwości komputerowej wizualizacji procesów do wspomagania projektowania algorytmów sterowania. Wirtualne graficzne modele obiektów sterowania z elementami animacji zostały stworzone za pomocą standardowych środowisk programowania (LabVIEW, InTouch). Modele działają na komputerze PC i sa elektrycznie sprzęgniete z zewnętrznym sterownikiem PLC poprzez karte pomiarowo-sterująca. ważną cechą jest wyposażenie modeli w mozliwości diagnostyczne polegające na sygnalizowaniu niedozwolonych stanów sterowania. W artykule opisano dwa modele do sterowania logicznego (stanowisko do mieszania dwóch składników płynnych oraz stanowisko do malowania) i model dynamiczny układu dwóch połączonych zbiorników przeznaczony do testowania regulacji analogowej.
The paper deals with an idea of visualization and simulation of processes for computer-aided design of control algorithms. Virtual graphical models of controlled processes with animation effects were created using standard programming environments (LabVIEW, InTouch). They run on a PC computer equipped with a data acquisition & control card electrically coupled with an external PLC controller. The models include diagnostic features, i.e. they can signalize defined control errors, which is useful for the control algorithm development. Three examples of applications are described: a filling & mixing station and a painting station, both intended for pure logic control and a dynamical model of two tanks system for analog control. Problems connected with on-line simulation of a model dynamics are considered.

W artykule zostanie zaprezentowany system cyfrowych zabezpieczeń i pomiarów dla rozdzielni SN opracowany w firmie Relpol S.A. zakład Polon w Zielonej Górze. Zaprezentowane zostaną najważniejsze możliwości urządzenia wraz z jego budową sprzętową i najważniejszymi modułami programowymi. Przedstawione zostaną także możliwe obszary zastosowań omawianego systemu.
The paper presents a digital protection and measurement system for medium voltage distribution stations developed in the Relpol S.A. company, division Polon in Zielona Góra. The system comprises of several hardware components and modules of specialized software. Their role and functionality are briefly explained in the paper. Thanks to the modular construction, it is possible to fast adapt the equipment to dynamically changing expectations and needs. The system uses the real-time operating system Windows CE, and specialized software which provides protection and metering functions. The status of the system and setup is presented by a graphic user interface using a colour LCD screen with touch control support - Fig 1. Protection functions require fast measurement of many primary quantities like phase currents and voltages as well as zero components of voltages and currents. The primary quantities are used to calculate many derivative values used then by digital protection functions. The system protection functions should react within the time of 60 ms after detecting a dangerous situation like a phase short circuit or a ground short circuit. The authors’ tests results on the impact of the guiding system (the guides) contamination in the friction lift on the delay of progressive gears braking process are presented in this article. The tests were conducted using a free fall method and a test bench built for that purpose. In order to render all working conditions the guiding system of tested gears was lubricated with the most commonly used lubricating agents. Solid grease (SM), mineral oil (OL), the mixture of solid grease and quartz sand (S50) as well as the mixture of mineral oil and quartz sand (O50) were used.

In the paper, a measurement system based on a universal commercial measuring module of alternating current for accurate temperature measurement by means of resistive temperature sensors is described. There are presented the research results on the basis of which the metrological properties of the system were evaluated. It was shown that this relatively simple measurement system is a competitive solution compared with the most accurate commercial DC measurement systems.

W artykule przedstawione zostały od strony teoretycznej i porównane od strony praktycznej różne metody uczenia sieci neuronowej Hopfielda. Oprócz znanej i powszechnie stosowanej reguły Hebba, przedstawione zostały modyfikacje tej metody. W celu porównania reguł uczenia sieci Hopfielda napisana została specjalna aplikacja, w której zaimplementowane zostały przedstawione w artykule metody. Regułą najlepiej rozpoznającą zapamiętane wzorce okazała się metoda pseudoinwersji
The Hopfield neural network can have many applications, such as approximation, compression, association, steering or patterns recognition. If the neural network is used for association, it is an associative memory. This task consists in original patterns recognition even when the Hopfield neural network is cued with distorted patterns. In this paper various learning methods for the Hopfield neural network are presented from the theoretical point of view and they are compared from the practical point of view. Besides the well known and generally used Hebb rule, there are presented its modifications as well. In order to compare the learning methods for the Hopfield neural network, a special application in which there are implemented the methods described in the paper is written. Section 2 contains the Hopfield neural network model, the Hopfield neural network definition and the neural network general schematic. There is also de-scribed the activation function used for testing the Hopfield neural network. Section 3 gives various Hopfield network learning rules, such as the original Hebb method, its modifications, the Oja rule and pseudoinversion rule. In Section 4 the testing process and its results are presented. The main task of this neural network is patterns recognition. The Hopfield neural network stored 10 patterns. Each of the stored patterns had 35 neurons. Then the neural network was cued with distorted patterns. The tests proved that the pseudoinversion rule recognized the patterns in the best way.
