Opis:
The Indian economy is an economy which was traditionally based on cash transactions. However, after the midnight of November 8, 2016, India moved towards cashless transactions. The present study deals with Indian consumer’s perception towards mobile wallet app Paytm. For this common people from India belonging to major cities were requested to participate in this study. The field work of the study was conducted during January to February, 2018. The Paytm app has both pros and cons among common respondents. One group of consumers opined that the Paytm app is both easy to use and wallet free. The other group felt Paytm app had connectivity issues i.e., it cannot be connected without internet facility. To overcome these cons and increase the pros of Paytm app, the app can be improvised to work without internet. This will pave way towards making digital India a reality.

Opis:
Methane is a most important greenhouse gas for planetary heating and it’s produced by methanogenic microorganisms as a metabolic byproduct and creates climate change. Methanogens are ancient organisms on earth found in anaerobic environments and methane is a key greenhouse gas concerned with methanogens. Therefore here is intense interest to writing this paper. A number of experiments have already conducted to study the methanogens in various environments such as rumen and intestinal system of animals, fresh water and marine sediments, swamps and marshes, hot springs, sludge digesters, and within anaerobic protozoa which utilize carbon dioxide in the presence of hydrogen and produce methane. The diversity of methanogens, belong to the domain Archaea and get involved in biological production of methane that catalyzes the degradation of organic compound as a part of global carbon cycle called methanogenesis. Majorly in this article we summaries the diversity of methanogens and their impact on global warming.

Opis:
There are numerous genetic factors like MC4R (Melanocortin-4 receptor), POMC (Proopiomelanocortin), SIM1 (Single Minded Gene) etc. important in obesity, which can be used as biomarker. But more reliable diagnostic markers are the need for today, along with new therapeutic strategies that target specific molecules in the disease pathways. As in mouse and human genes, where mutations in one or both species are associated with some phenotypic characteristics as observed in human disease. In molecular mechanisms of development, differentiation, and disease gene expression data provide crucial insights. Up-regulation and down-regulation of selective genes can have major effects on diet-induced obesity, but there is little or no effect when animals are fed a low-fat diet. In present study we have studied the gene expression data of mouse at different theiler stages using GXD BioMart. The interacting partners and pathway of the genes that are already used as biomarker in mouse as well as in humans have been studied. A gene NPY1R (Neuropeptide Y1 receptor) was taken as common after STRING and KEGG results on the basis of biochemical pathways and interactions similar to MC4R. Our present work focuses on comparative genomics and proteomics analysis of NPY1R, which has led to identification of biomarker by comparing it with already known MC4R human and mouse biomarker. It has been concluded that both the proteins are structurally and functionally similar.

Opis:
Urban areas and metros are growing at a much higher rate than the rural areas. Urban areas play a significant role in the development of the nation by contributing 60% of the national income with only 27.78% of the population. Urban Transport is the most crucial (infrastructure) element in shaping urban development and living. The supply of transport is heterogeneous with a number of interacting and competing modes while the demand for it is derived from the overall pattern of urban activity. Urban Transport has a significant impact on the environment, land use, and land development patterns. In India, multiple institutions are responsible for urban transport and it is governed by multiple policies/ Acts/ legislations. While bus is the major mode of urban transport, local/suburban trains (Railway), Taxies/Autos and personalized transport makeup the rest. Lack of proper public transport has resulted in the increase of personal vehicles, causing problems of congestion, pollution and loss of productive time on travel delays. Study of urban transport systems across the world has revealed that well coordinated institutions with dedicated funding sources and proper planning ensure well functioning urban public transport systems, keeping the cities liveable and productive. Urban transport has to be a public good and be funded through public resources. Indian context have revealed a good beginning made in this direction but absence of institutional arrangements for planning at local level, lack of coordination among various institutions and departments, lack of dedicated funding, lack of inter modal coordination, lack of patronage for new rail based systems are also glaring.

Opis:
Biomedical research needs to leverage and exploit large amount of information reported in scientific publication. Literature data collected from publications has to be managed to extract information, transforms into an understandable structure using text mining approaches. Text mining refers to the process of deriving high-quality information from text by finding relationships between entities which do not show direct associations. Therefore, as an example of this approach, we present the link between two diseases i.e. breast cancer and obesity.Obesity is known to be associated with cancer mortality, but little is known about the link between lifetime changes in BMI of obese person and cancer mortality in both males and females. In this article, literature data for obesity and breast cancer was obtained using PubMed database and then methodologies which employs groups of common genes and keywords with their frequency of occurrence in the data were used, aimed to establish relation between obesity and breast cancer visualized using Pi-charts and bar graphs. From the data analysis, we obtained 1 gene which showed the link between both the diseases and validated using statistical analysis and disease-connect web server. We also proposed 8 common higher frequency keywords which could be used for indexing while searching the literature for obesity and breast cancer in combination.

Aims: To derive an expression for change in entropy of spinning black holes on the basis of the model for the energy of spinning black holes E BHs= KBHs R's ( Mahto et al. 2011a) & the model for entropy change δS bh = [wzór]δE ( Mahto et al. 2011b) and then calculate their values for different test spinning black holes. Study Design: Data for the mass of black holes have collected from the research paper entitled :Super massive Black Holes in Galactic Nuclei: Past Present & Future Research(2005), Space Science Reviews by L. Ferrarese & H. Ford and Black holes in Astrophysics(2005), New Journal Physics by R. Narayan. The data for black hole constant for spinning black holes (K BHs = 1.214x1044) is taken from the paper entitled: Study of Schwarzschild radius with reference to the spinning black holes. Bulletin of Pure and Applied Sciences (2011a). Place and Duration of Study: Department of Physics, Marwari College Bhagalpur and University Department of Physics, T.M.B.U. Bhagalpur, between December 2013 and March 2014. Methodology: A theoretical based work using Laptop to calculate the calculation for change in entropy of different test spinning black holes at Marwari College Bhagalpur and the residential research chamber of the first author. Results: The calculation shows that the change in entropy of spinning black holes of the rest masses for stellar – mass black holes (M ~ 5 – 20 Mʘ) in X-ray binaries is 2.483x10 63 to 39.731x10 63 J/K and for the super massive Black holes (M ~ 10 6 – 109.5 Mʘ) in active galactic nuclei is 9.932x10 73 to 28.432x10 80 J/K. The nature of the graph for XRBs is the same to the Hawking entropy with the event horizon and straight line for AGN which confirms the validity of equations EBHs=KBHs R’s and δS bh = [wzór]δE .Conclusion: The change in energy and entropy of black holes are mainly dependent on the mass and independent of their event horizons.

Opis:
The kinetics and thermodynamics behind the sorption process of Cs (Caesium) on the soil are important to understand as these studies give information about the mobility of Cs in the environment. In the present study, sorption kinetics and the parameters influencing sorption (viz. time of contact, competing ions, temperature, solution pH and Cs concentration) were studied on the soil samples collected from Tarapur area. Site-specific distribution coefficient (Kd) of Cs was also estimated in soil samples collected from different locations across Tarapur, India using laboratory batch method. The effect of soil parameters (viz. pH, cation exchange capacity, organic matter and CaCO3) on Kd values of Cs was also investigated. The data of Cs adsorption on the soil is well fitted with the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation with the correlation coefficient (R2) value of 0.99. The rate constant (k2) of Cs adsorption (at 25 ºC) on collected soil samples was found to be 3.33×105 g µg-1 min-1. In the present study, Cs adsorption data were well fitted with Freundlich and Dubinin–Radushkevich (D–R) isotherm models. The change of enthalpy (ΔH), entropy (ΔS) and Gibbs free energy (ΔG) were estimated for the Cs adsorption on soil samples. Results showed that the adsorption process was exothermic (ΔH = -3.69 J mol−1) and favoured at a lower temperature. The calculated ΔG value (< 0) indicates that the Cs sorption on the soil is a spontaneous process. The Kd values were found to the range of 58 ± 2 to 275 ± 10 kg-1. The parametric study indicated CEC to have a stronger influence as compared to pH, OM and CaCO3 in the soil samples.

This paper deals with the preparation and characterization of epoxy tamarind fruit (Tf) and Sansevieria cylindrica (Sc) hybrid composites containing fiber 0:20, 5:15, 10:10, 15:5 and 20:0 of (Tf:Sc) combinations loading. Sansevieria cylindrica leaves were used in this paper for extracting fiber out of it and in the similar manner ripen Tamarind fruit was used to extract fiber. Two different fibers viz. tamarind fruit/ Sansevieria cylindrica fibers were loaded into the epoxy system to develop the hybrid composites. The tensile and flexural properties of the resulting 20 wt. % loading of Tf/Sc/epoxy hybrid composites were examined. The resulting hybrid composites of 20 wt. % Tf/Sc with varying combinations exhibit the optimum improvement of mechanical properties and dielectric strength. 2 °C rise in decomposition temperature and 5 °C rise glass transition temperature were observed from the TGA and DSC thermal analysis. The fractured cross sections of flexural samples were assessed their performance as a function of fiber loading of Tf/Sc/epoxy hybrid composites by SEM analysis.

Study focused on the performance of injection moulded short Wallostonite filler and chopped glass fiber reinforced hybrid epoxy composites. Results showed that hybridization of glass fiber and Wallostonite was found to be comparable to that of epoxy glass fiber composites. Analysis of fiber length distribution in the composite and fracture surface was performed to study fiber breakage fracture mechanism. The simultaneous compounding of epoxy with two fillers was done to obtain a hybrid composite. The mechanical properties of hybrid, injection molded, chopped glass fiber/ Wallostonite/epoxy composites have been investigated by considering the effect of hybridization by these two fillers. This system is expected to have considerable mechanical properties. It has been found that the tensile, flexural, and impact properties of the filled epoxy were higher than those of unfilled epoxy. The hybrid effects of the tensile strength and modulus were studied by the rule of hybrid mixtures (RoHM) using the values of single fiber composites.

Epoxy (LY-556/HY-951) system filled with modified clay (MC) was synthesized by using mechanical shear mixing with the addition of hardener as tri-ethylene-tetra-amine (TETA). The effect of the fumed silica can be negated by the application of a shear force (e.g. mixing, brushing, spraying etc), allowing the liquid to flow, level out and permit the escape of entrapped air. The reinforcement effects of MC in the epoxy polymer on thermal, mechanical and vibration properties were studied. Curing study shows that the addition MC does not show any effect in the curing behavior of epoxy polymer. Thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) shows enhanced thermal stability for epoxy with MC fillers. The epoxy with MC fillers shows considerable improvement on tensile and impact properties over pure epoxy polymer. SEM studies shows that addition of clay significantly turns the epoxy system from brittle to ductile nature was played instrumental in scaling performance. The improvement in tensile and impact properties of nanocomposites is supported with the fracture surface studies. Epoxy with MC fillers shows enhanced vibration characteristics than that of the pure epoxy polymer. FTIR studies indicated the formation of C-H bonds on the surface of the nanocomposites.
