Opis:
In the paper an application of a time-frequency signal analysis technique for modal parameters identification is presented. Procedures of wavelet filtering, which allow estimating mechanical parameters for systems with non-constant parameters have been shown. The wavelets are used to detect natural frequency of the system and transform system time response into the time-scale domain. Presented method has been verified on simulation data for a two degrees of freedom discrete system. Two cases have been considered, with a constant and with a varying damping. The procedure has been applied to a real data recorded during a flight of ISKRA airplane.
W artykule przedstawiono możliwość zastosowania transformaty falkowej do identyfikacji parametrów modalnych układów mechanicznych. Opracowaną metodę zastosowano do badania zmian tłumienia w czasie lotu samolotu ISKRA.

Opis:
To study evolution of the void in the material of a motor rotor under different working conditions from a mesoscopic perspective, damage analysis of the rotor has been carried out based on thermal-mechanical coupling theory. According to the test methods of GB/T 228.1-2010 Part 1 and GB/T 228.2-2015 Part 2, tensile tests were conducted on rotor ma- terials at different temperatures to obtain basic mechanical property parameters, and pa- rameters of the fine-scale damage model at different temperatures were fitted by combining orthogonal tests and a finite element inverse calibration method. Then, the accurate tem- perature distribution law of the motor rotor was obtained through CFD calculation. Based on the material parameters and temperature data, the void evolution of the rotor material under thermal-mechanical load was studied by using the finite element method. The results show that: under the rated conditions, the stress concentration of the rotor is mainly ap- peared in the joint with the shaft, the maximum stress was 304.1MPa, which did not reach the yield limit of the material. No plastic deformation occurred, so the volume fraction of voids inside the rotor material did not change still for the initial pore volume fraction of 2.5 · 10−3. In the peak condition, the stress concentration appeared in the rotor plate across the joint of the magnetic bridge and pole shoe with a maximum stress of 354.4MPa and a small plastic strain of 1.133 ·10−3. The pore volume fraction increased to 2.503 ·10−3, where the initial pore growth of 2.150 · 10−6 and the secondary pore nucleation of 2.079 · 10−12.

Opis:
A rubber conveyor belt is an essential piece of equipment in coal mine transportation. Its current motion and performance are directly affected by dynamic parameters. In this paper, a constitutive model has been established to study a rubber conveyor belt in order to analyze its dynamic characteristics. The covered rubber was considered as a classical solid model. The wire rope core was used as a Kelvin model, and a generalized constitutive mathematical model was established. Using Matlab, compariso of the fitting curve and the experimental curve was carried out to ensure reliability in an appropriate way. Meanwhile, the influence of different factors on dynamic parameters of rubber conveyor belts was also discussed by controlling the loading frequency and amplitude as well as external temperature. Finally, the experiment with the fitting curve was compared and verified, and the research results can provide a reference for this engineering field.

Opis:
This paper presents parameter estimation of a mathematical model regarding natural vibrations of a reinforced concrete slab. Parameter estimation is based on experiments conducted on a real reinforced concrete slab. Estimated parameters include: substitute longitudinal modulus of elasticity of the reinforced concrete slab, which takes into account longitudinal reinforcement, effective thickness of the reinforced concrete slab and coefficient of damping. Using appropriate criteria during, the process of parameter estimation of the reinforcement concrete slab models has a great impact on obtaining precise results. The estimation criteria are selected in order to achieve consistency of natural vibration frequencies along with the Frequency Response Function measured during experiments with those calculated with the mathematical model. The model and all the calculations have been made using MATLAB programming environment.
