Opis:: The paper examines modern ways to improve the efficiency of information perception using multimedia technology, thus ensuring the use of a powerful new tool for understanding of information by persons with various forms of nosology. The use of assistive computer technologies for people with disabilities is investigated. The peculiarities of formation of multimedia information content for users with special needs were analyzed. The digital library as a set of information technology services is proposed making multimedia information content accessible to users with various forms of nosology. It was investigated that in spite of rapid development of modern communication means and assistive technologies their use is limited for people with disabilities, in particular for hearing impaired people. Most of available technologies for hearing impaired people translate speech into text. As was shown this approach is not fairly efficient because Sign language turned out to be the most convenient way of communication for the respondents.

Opis:: The paper is devoted to a depth analysis of the intellectual processes of dynamic formation of personal audio and video content for mobile information support of a user during his touristic trip. The main goal is to develop methodological approaches that are appropriate to use for designing one of the subsystems of innovative intelligent system "MIAT" (Mobile Information Assistant of Tourists) that will provide formation and processing of audio and video content that is required for individual information technology of user support during realization his excursion. The authors examined the architecture of mobile audio travel guides and algorithmic synchronization tools of their multimedia content components. Travel guidebooks in DAISY format are proposed to use as sources of multimedia content that accompanies the trip or tour. The basic requirements for mobile subsystems of intelligent information systems "MIAT" are formed, so it is responsible for dynamic personalized audio and video support tourists during realization his trip.

Opis:: Practical factor of information resources processing in electronic content commerce systems (ECCS) is related to solving problems with increase in content amount on Internet, active development of e-business, rapidly spreading Internet accessibility, information products and services extension set, increasing demand for content. The aim was to developmethods and software of information resources processing to improve the efficiency of ECCS due to increased sales of content. Article is devoted to the standardized methods and software development of information resources processing in ECCS. In this paper an actual scientific problem of development and research in methods and means of information resources processing ECCS was solved with use of designed classification, mathematical providing and software and generalized ECCS architecture. ECCS classification was researched and improved on the basis of analyzing and evaluating of such systems. It made possible to determine, detail and justify choice of their functional possibilities for content lifecycle designing. The task of developing methods and software formation, management and support of information products resolved with a theoretically grounded concept by automating information resources processing in ECCS to increase content selling for constant user, by involvement of potential users and expanding the boundaries of the target audience.

Opis:: Psychologists, teachers of inclusive education (for example, a teacher's assistant), parents, and IT specialists are involved in the process of teaching students with autism. Modern information technologies of education support can help paraprofessionals to perform their functions. Virtualization of educational content, namely avatars in the mode of augmented (virtual) reality, will allow taking into account the personal learning opportunities and needs of students with autism. The semantic differential method should be used to understand how the proposed virtual assistant satisfies the individual characteristics of such a student.
