Opracowanie dostarcza wstępnego, oryginalnego projektu modelu rozwoju organizacji, jako konsekwencji wdrażania gamifikacji oraz dopasowuje istniejące definicje gamifikacji do potrzeb teorii zarządzania.
    The progressive involvement of people in playing games and the collapse of the traditional division between work and play creates new challenges for managers. Mapping a scenario of social behavior related to participation in the games on activities within the organization, becomes an urgent task. The article provides initial design of the original model of development of the organization as a consequence of the implementation of the gamification and adapts existing definitions of gamification to the needs of the theory of management.

    This paper features a method to synthesize the track irregularities, by which the alignment may be analytically represented by a pseudo-stochastic function, as well as the implementation of such method in the numerical simulation of the dynamic behaviour of the railway vehicles. The method thus suggested allows a convenient formulation of the limits of the interval specific to the wavelengths of the track lateral irregularities, so that it will be representative for the frequency range of the vehicle lateral vibrations. The Part I of this paper demonstrates the method to synthesize the track alignment and its basic elements –the power spectral density of the track irregularities, as per ORE B176 and the values associated with the track quality levels, mentioned in the UIC 518 Leaflet. The Part II introduces the results of the numerical simulations regarding the dynamic behaviour of the railway vehicle during the circulation on a tangent track with lateral irregularities, synthesized as in the method herein.
    L’article présente une méthode pour la synthèse des irrégularités de la voie, aveclaquelle le dressage peut être représenté analytiquement par une fonction pseudoaléatoire et aussi l’application de cette méthode dans la simulation numérique du comportement dynamique latérale des véhicules ferroviaires. La méthode proposée permet de choisir convenablement les limites d’intervalles spécifiques des longueurs d’onde des irrégularités latérales de la voie, de sort qu’elles sont représentativespour le domaine de fréquence de la vibration latérale du véhicule. La Partie I de l’article, analyse la méthode de synthèse du dressage de la voie et donne ses éléments de base –la densité spectrale de puissance décrite conformant ORE B176 et les quantités associées de la voie précisées dans la Fiche UIC 518. La Partie II présente les résultats des simulations numériques du le comportement dynamique latéral du véhicule pendant la circulation sur une voie en alignement avec des irrégularités latérales synthétisées en utilisant la méthode présentée.

    Opis:
    Celem artykułu jest ustalenie powiązania między strategią społecznej odpowiedzialności przedsiębiorstwa (Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR) a rekrutacją pracowników. W artykule zakłada się, że warunkiem powodzenia strategii CSR jest zatrudnienie pracowników, wykazujących się wiedzą o koncepcji społecznej odpowiedzialności oraz mających doświadczenie i umiejętności związane realizacją projektów CSR. Zastosowano analizę krytyczną literatury traktującej o społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu i zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi.
    The aim of this article is to establish the relationship between social responsibility strategy (CSR) and recruitment. Article assumes that the condition for successful CSR strategy is the recruitment of employees demonstrating knowledge about CSR concept and having experience and skills related to CSR projects. The method of critical analysis of literature which deals with corporate social responsibility and human resource management was used.

The method described in Part I relies on the power spectral density of the track irregularities, as per ORE B 176 and the specifications included in UIC 518 Leaflet regarding the track’s geometric quality. Part II shows the results of the numerical simulations regarding the lateral behaviour of the railway vehicle during the circulation on a tangent track with lateral irregularities, synthesized as in the method herein. These results point out many basic properties of the lateral vibration behaviour of the railway vehicle, a fact that demonstrates the efficiency of the suggested method.
    L’article présente une méthode pour la synthèsedes irrégularités de la voie, avec laquelle le dressage peut être représenté analytiquement par une fonction pseudoaléatoire et aussi l’application de cette méthode dans la simulation numérique du comportement dynamique latérale des véhicules ferroviaires. La méthode proposée, décrite dans la Partie I de l’article, este basée sur la densité spectrale de puissance desirrégularités de la voie décrite selon ORE B176 et les spécifications contenues dans la Fiche UIC 518concernant la qualité géométrique de la voie. La PartieII présente les résultats des simulations numériques dule comportement dynamique latéral du véhicule pendant la circulation sur une voie en alignement avec des irrégularités latérales synthétisées en utilisant la méthode présentée. Il met en évidence un certain nombre de propriétés de base du régime de vibrations latérales du véhicule ferroviaires, ce qui démontre l’efficacité de la méthode présentée.
