    The article examines the evolution of the concept of sustainable development and the implementation of its principles at different levels of government in Ukraine. It is proved that decentralization is an instrument of realization of the state policy to ensure sustainable development of territorial communities. The territorial community is seen as a complex dynamic weakly structured self-regulating system. The task of management of sustainable development of the territorial community, based on the tasks and principles of decentralization, is proposed.

    Opis:
    The aim of the article is to identify the relationship between innovative processes and various stages of the economy in the light of a critical analysis of the literature on the subject. The implementation of the objective was based on the submission that modern management should be oriented towards innovation, as these give the company the chance of dynamic development. The article emphasizes the importance of innovation processes in the modern market economy. Innovative processes can be considered from different points of view, including the stages of economic development, enterprise or a single innovation. They consist of stages arranged chronologically and interrelated with different interactions.
    Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja związku procesów innowacyjnych z różnymi stadiami gospodarki w świetle krytycznej analizy literatury przedmiotu. Realizację celu oparto na złożeniu, że współczesne zarządzanie powinno być zorientowane na innowacje, gdyż te dają przedsiębiorstwu szanse dynamicznego rozwoju. W artykule zwraca się uwagę na istotne znaczenie procesów innowacji we współczesnej gospodarce rynkowej. Procesy innowacyjne można rozpatrywać z różnych punktów widzenia, między innymi: stadiów rozwoju gospodarki, przedsiębiorstwa, czy też pojedynczej innowacji. Składają się one z etapów uporządkowanych chronologicznie i powiązanych ze sobą różnymi interakcjami

    Purpose: The objective of the paper is to identify the activities, interorganizational relations among implementing institutions and formulas of their financing, in order to facilitate access to international markets by small and medium-sized enterprises. Design/methodology/approach: Methodology of the paper comprises critical literature review on internationalization, interviews with the representatives of institutions rendering services form SMEs (regional administration and the Chamber of Commerce) as a part of a case study, as well as observation. Theoretical framework of the paper was prepared with a use of critical literature review. Analysis of the business environment of Valencia Autonomous Region was prepared with the application of observation conducted by the author and analysis of secondary sources, mainly regional statistics. The main part of the research was conducted with the use of direct interviews with the employees of the regional and municipal administration and business support organizations. Findings: The literature provides a variety of definitions and paradigms of internationalization. Only a minor part is exercised in practice by the businesses. The majority follows the internationalization path determined in the Uppsala model, however SMEs do not rather proceed to foreign direct investments. Based on the interviews it was determined, that the regional authorities of Valencia provide a range of support services, concentrating financial resources on practically three of them which demonstrate the highest effectiveness and lead to best results in terms of increase of share of exports in the regional GDP. Research limitations/implications: Due to confidentiality, financial indicators concerning public spending, financial participation, as well as the names and respective shares of export net sales revenues were not revealed by the representatives of the Chamber of Commerce. Practical implications: Identified services may be used as a best practice for similar organisations (regional government, business support units) for designing their local mutations of export supporting services. Originality/value: The paper is a comprehensive analysis of public services supporting regional exports and their conformance with the theoretical models of internationalization.

    W artykule przedstawiono rozważania dotyczące istoty rozwoju przedsiębiorstwa w sytuacji kryzysowej, z podkreśleniem znaczenia takich kwestii jak zmiana, restrukturyzacja, tworzenie wartości, inwestowanie i strategia. Na tym tle opisano model badania możliwości rozwojowych przedsiębiorstwa górniczego w sytuacji kryzysowej. Stanowi on wzorzec postępowania ukierunkowanego na ocenę potencjału rozwojowego kopalń oraz podstawę do sformułowania strategii i działań zmierzających do pokonania kryzysu w kopalniach, ich odnowy i efektywnego ekonomicznie funkcjonowania w przyszłości.
    The article presents the considerations in terms of the essence of the enterprises development in crisis situation, emphasizing the importance of issues such as change, restructuring, value creation, investment and strategy. Furthermore, the developed model of research of hard coal mining enterprise development possibility in crisis situation was synthetically described. This model is a pattern of conduct, directed to assessing the development potential of the enterprise and to identify right strategy and actions to overcome the crisis, renewal and economical effective operation in the future.

    W pracy przedstawiono model badawczy potencjału pracownika w kontekście inteligentnego rozwoju organizacji. Przyjęto, że inteligentny rozwój organizacji jest uzależniony i stymulowany przez wysoki potencjał pracowników. W artykule skupiono się na problematyce definicji pojęcia potencjału pracownika (określeniu cech wysokiego potencjału pracownika) oraz jego wieloatrybutowej oceny i wpływu na inteligentny rozwój organizacji. Opracowany przez autorów model ma posłużyć do empirycznych badań oceny potencjału pracownika.
    In the article the concept of model research concerning the problem of employee potential is presented. As background of this model the concept of intelligent organization was established. We assumed that intelligent development of organization is dependent of employees potential. In the pepper we discover the essence of high employees potential, its multiattribute assessment and also its influence on intelligent organization development. The proposed model would be used for empirical studies evaluating the employee potential.

    W wielu opracowaniach naukowych jako znaczący czynnik ochronny przed występowaniem problemów społecznych, wskazuje się prawidłowe więzi społeczne. Dojrzałe zachowania społeczne będące fundamentem związku jednostki z grupą/ zbiorowością są mocno zakorzenione w historii rozwoju relacji przywiązania. W sytuacji gdy zaburzona jest relacja przywiązaniowa we wczesnym dzieciństwie dochodzi do trwałych zmian w rozwoju psychicznym jednostki. U osób z traumą relacyjną występują poważne trudności z regulacją i modulacją pierwotnych emocji, takich jak strach i wściekłość. Część tych symptomów stanowią również tendencje do zachowań impulsywnych (Liotti, Farina, 2016). Tak rozumiana trauma zaburza lub całkowicie uniemożliwia zdolność budowania relacji społecznych. Współczesna wiedza o człowieku skłania do holistycznego rozumienia wzajemnych powiązań między ciałem a umysłem. Dzięki neuronaukom wiadomo, że pewne struktury mózgu, czy szlaki nerwowe nie są w stanie się prawidłowo rozwinąć czy dojrzeć bez bliskiego kontaktu z drugim człowiekiem. Struktury mózgu regulujące reakcje przywiązaniowe nie dojrzewają samoistnie – do ich rozwoju potrzebny jest kontakt z drugim człowiekiem. Człowiek jest jednością biopsychospołeczną, a więc wszelkie doświadczenia społeczne mają wpływ na stan biochemiczny organizmu i przekładają się na jego reakcje behawioralne. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie aktualnych doniesień naukowych z obszaru badań nad więziami w pojęciu biopsychospołecznym. Poprzez zestawienie różnych koncepcji wskazanie na potrzebę uwzględniania rozwoju relacji przywiązania w profilaktyce problemów społecznych.
    In many scientific studies, social bonds are indicated as a significant protective factor against the occurrence of social problems . Mature social behaviors that are the foundation of the individual's relationship with the group / collectivity are deeply rooted in the history of the development of attachment relations in the early stages of human life. In a situation where an attachment relationship is disturbed in early childhood permanent changes in the psychological development occur. People with relational trauma have serious difficulties regulating and modulating their original emotions, such as fear and rage. Some of these symptoms also constitute tendencies to impulsive behaviors (Liotti, Farina, 2016). Trauma understood in this way disturbs or completely prevents the ability to build social relations. Contemporary knowledge about a human being leads to a holistic understanding of the mutual connections between the body and the mind. Thanks to neurosciences, it is known that certain brain structures or nerve pathways are unable to properly develop or mature without close contact with another human being. Brain structures that regulate attachment reactions do not self-ripen – they need contact with another human being to develop them. Man is a biopsychosocial unity, and therefore all social experiences have an impact on the biochemical state of the body and translate into its behavioral responses. The aim of the article is to present current scientific reports from the area of research on ties in the biopsychosocial concept. By comparing different concepts, the need to consider the development of attachment relations in the prevention of social problems.

    Opis:
    Dynamic optimum planning and forecasting of rational combination of agricultural sectors allows to execute transition from traditional to ecological andorganic management at the least costs and risks. The gradation of ecological compatibility of agricultural enterprises is shown in the article. It includes main criteria of the model of balanced development of agricultural manufacture. The efficiency of transition to the highest levels of agriculture ecologization was proved with the use of mathematical programming. The automated model of agricultural manufacture development and easures to increase the level of its ecologization were provided. Presented model is universal and may be applied to any enterprise of the Left-bank Forest steppe zone.
    Dynamiczne optymalne planowanie i prognozowanie racjonalnego połączenia sektorów rolniczych pozwala przy najniższych kosztach i ryzyku dokonać przejścia od tradycyjnych form działalności do rolnictwa ekologicznego lub organicznego. Artykuł naświetla kwestię gradacji ekologiczności gospodarstwa rolnego, która obejmuje podstawowe kryteria zrównoważonych modeli rozwoju rolnictwa. Za pomocą programowania matematycznego udowodniono skuteczność zwiększenia poziomu ekologizacji. Przedstawiono zautomatyzowany model rozwoju gospodarstwa rolnego oraz sposoby zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa produkcji. Model jest uniwersalny i może być stosowany w przedsiębiorstwach lasostepu Ukrainy Lewobrzeżnej.

    Zaprezentowany w artykule aspekt naukowy i poznawczy dotyczy zrównoważonego rozwoju modeli biznesu i teorii interesariuszy w trzech wymiarach: ekonomicznym, społecznym i środowiskowym (Triple Bottom Line). Przedstawiono rozwiązanie koncepcyjne zawierające implementację zrównoważonego rozwoju w trzech wymiarach w szablonie modelu biznesu A. Osterwaldera i Y. Pigneura (BMC) z opisem szablonu z perspektywy interesariuszy. Wynikiem procesu analitycznego jest szablon modelu zrównoważonego biznesu, który jest narzędziem umożliwiającym opracowanie schematów modeli zrównoważonych biznesów organizacji lub spektrum różnych przedsięwzięć gospodarczych, społecznych oraz środowiskowych.
    Scientific and cognitive facets presented in this paper relate to the following three issues: sustainable development in the economic, social, and environmental dimensions (Triple Bottom Line), business models, and stakeholders theories. The paper discusses a conceptual solution which includes the implementation of sustainable development in three dimensions employing the business model canvas proposed by A. Osterwalder and Y. Pigneur (BMC), and describes the proposed solution from the stakeholders’ perspective. The result of the analytical process presented in this paper is a template of the sustainable business development model which is a tool enabling working-out patterns of sustainable business models concerning organizations, as well as a wide spectrum of other business, social, and environmental ventures.

    W artykule scharakteryzowano istotę procesu planowania inwestycji ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem podejmowania decyzji na podstawie oceny efektywności ekonomicznej i ryzyka oraz symulacji probabilistycznej. Następnie przedstawiono opracowane modele planowania inwestycji rozwojowych oraz odtworzeniowo-modernizacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych. Zastosowanie modeli umożliwia wskazanie optymalnego wariantu inwestycyjnego pod względem efektywności ekonomicznej oraz ryzyka, przy uwzględnieniu danych warunków ograniczających, co stanowi podstawę podjęcia racjonalnych decyzji.
    The article characterize the essence of the investment planning process taking into account making decisions based on the evaluation of economic effectiveness and risk, as well as probabilistic simulation. Next, developed models of planning development investments and reconstruction-modernization investments in production enterprises was presented. The use of these models allows to point out optimal investment scenario in terms of economic effectiveness and risk, taking into account limitations, which is the basis to take rational decision.

    Opis:
    Purpose: The purpose of the article is to present the variation in the level of the development of 95 subregions of the NUTS-3 level in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The level of the development shall be established in a multi-criterion manner, separating three factors of the regional development: the society, the natural environment as well as the economy. Design/methodology/approach: The article presents the level of the regional development of the NUTS-3 regions based on 31 indicators based on public statistical data of the Eurostat database. The level of the development has been presented based on the synthetic gauge exhibiting the taxonomic distance of each region from the established pattern of development. The research procedure was composed of four stages and comprised: a selection of variables, a reduction of multi-attribute space, specifying the level of the regional development of the researched units as well as a classification of regions against the scale of the level of the regional development based on the ranking created according to a decreasing value of the synthetic gauge. Findings: As a result of the research procedure conducted, spatial differentiation of 95subregions of the NUTS-3 level in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia with respect to the level of the regional development as well as three components constituting the factors of the said growth is presented. The highest value of the synthetic gauge has been registered in regions comprising the capitals of the respective countries. Moreover, large developmental discrepancies within the respective countries have been identified. Originality/value: The results obtained as a result of having conducted the research may constitute a source of inspiration for the EU institutions within the scope of specifying the richest and the poorest EU regions with the purpose of an efficient management of the cohesion policy in the subsequent programming periods.
