Opis:: The aim of the article is to present the soft competency model for software developers. The model was created based on the analysis of the programmer's scope of work and the requirements for the programmers in the job offers. The model was verified by a survey conducted in 2016 among selected programmers with at least three years' experience. Proposals have been made for the employee and the employer.
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja modelu kompetencji miękkich programisty. Przedstawiony model powstał na podstawie analizy zakresu pracy programisty oraz wymagań stawianych programistom w ofertach pracy. Model został zweryfikowany za pomocą badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego w 2016 roku wśród grupy wybranych programistów mających co najmniej trzyletni staż pracy. Przedstawiono wnioski w odniesieniu do pracownika i pracodawcy.

Opis:: Introduction/background: The implementation of modern technologies in the real estate market is a phenomenon that has been observed for several years in global markets. The emergence of solutions favouring the digitalisation of the relatively change-resistant real estate sector is a response to the changing needs and preferences of customers in this market. Taking up the topic within the framework of PropTech in the local real estate market aims to contribute to the discussion in this area and to identify opportunities for the uptake of new technologies in Polish conditions. The area of real estate development activity in the residential market with regard to the use of modern technologies in the business was selected for analysis. Aim of the paper: The main aim of the paper is to analyse to what extent developers are aware of and interested in modern technologies. The 3 following goals were adopted: G1: assessment of the developers' state of knowledge in the field of modern technologies (PropTech); G2: identifying areas that, in the opinion of developers, have the greatest potential for implementing modern technologies; G3: perspectives for the use of modern technologies in the studied areas. Materials and methods: In order to achieve the intended goals, a survey questionnaire was carried out among developers on the real estate market in Poznań. Results and conclusions: As the survey shows, the development of Proptech for developers is still at a rather early stage. Despite the fact that, in their opinion, customers already have expectations in terms of modern technologies and pay attention to environmentally friendly solutions, they use the available solutions only to a small extent, as if forgetting (or not knowing) that the possibilities for implementing modern technologies are much greater and cover many more areas.

Opis:: W artykule omówiono sytuację przedsiębiorstw deweloperskich. Wskazano ich specyfikę, a następnie, głównie na podstawie danych statystycznych, dokonano analizy otoczenia rynkowego ich działalności. Skoncentrowano się na analizie rynku budowlanego i mieszkaniowego. Ponadto syntetycznie opisano sytuację finansową notowanych na giełdzie spółek deweloperskich, która jest pochodną sytuacji rynkowej.
The article discusses the situation of real estate developers. Their characteristics was indicated and then, mainly based on statistical data, an analysis of the market environment for their business was conducted. The focus is on the analysis of the construction market and housing. In addition, the paper synthetically describes the financial situation of listed real estate companies, which is related to the market situation.

Opis:: Soft competencies are of great importance for software developers like designers, programmers, testers, and maintainers. These competencies are also important for software companies in team work, interaction with stakeholders, etc. The main problem is to determine in which way soft competencies should be developed. In this paper a sustainable soft competences development of software developers is proposed. The relation between competences are important in the approach, hence influence diagrams between competences should be determined. Based on our research and literature analysis a competence model is proposed suitable for IT companies. These communication skills have the largest influence on other skills. A training cycle for software developers is proposed, to reach the goal of sustainable competency development. The training solution is reviewed and analyzed.
