Design/methodology/approach: For the research presented in this paper, a literature analysis in the area of talent management. The studies in literature also included secondary sources, which were communications from research of similar scope. The combination of different research methods allowed to obtain a broader context of the studied phenomenon and ensured a higher quality of the conducted research. The diversity of methods was aimed at achieving a consistency of the empirical basis for the inference. A diagnostic survey was adopted as the leading method. The remaining methods applied in the paper were auxiliary (complementary). Findings: „Talent management" and having talented employees in a global economy is a strategically important resource affecting the market value of the organisation itself and providing a competitive advantage. Building a significant intellectual capital of the organisation requires the use of appropriate methods and tools to support the management, systematic measurement, constant comparison with competitors, elimination of barriers and use of opportunities for development (and such becomes the current crisis). Research limitations/implications: In the future, research will be continued on a larger research sample. Practical implications: The article presents the results of research carried out in one of Wrocław's sports clubs. The research results are very interesting and encourage more research. They are a valuable source of information for managers and coaches responsible for schools and the development of sports players. In turn, for those responsible for recruiting athletes, the results may be useful in terms of designing individual career paths of players. Originality/value Based on empirical research, the article proposes an original set of systemic solutions for talent management to improve organisational performance.

In order to achieve this goal, the first part of the article explains the meaning of the term "talent management" in the scientific literature on management, and then, on the basis of the conducted research, an attempt was made to answer the question: which of the determinants of the "talent management" process are important in the ongoing COVID crisis-19 and guarantee their sustainable development. Design/methodology/approach: For the research presented in this paper, a literature analysis in the area of resource sustainability, talent management and crisis was used. Coworking to elastyczna forma pracy indywidualnej i grupowej, umożliwiająca realizację zadań z wykorzystaniem współdzielonych zasobów materialnych i społecznych.
Coworking is a flexible form of individual and group work using shared material and social resources. Initially, it was an alternative to working from home or at the office for freelancers and independent contractors. Nowadays, more and more enterprises are beginning to perceive coworking as a permanent element of their business strategy, and not only as a supplement to the traditional working environment. The article explores the evolution of coworking and presents the benefits of its implementation for business.

Purpose: There is a shortage of satisfactory empirical evidence confirming unequivocally that companies’ efforts in the field of talent management have a positive impact on the attitudes and behavior of organizations’ members. Therefore, the aim of the paper is to determine the impact of talent management practices on the work engagement of talented employees. Furthermore, the study verifies the role of perceived distributive justice as a mechanism explaining analysed relationship, as well as the role of perceived procedural justice as a factor determining the level of work engagement. Design/methodology/approach: Conclusions were drawn based on a survey involving 730 participants of talent management programmes from 33 companies. Findings: The conducted analyses showed that talent management practices have a direct and indirect impact on the work engagement of talented employees and that perceived procedural justice moderates the relationship between perceived distributive justice and work engagement. Research limitations/implications: There are a number of factors that can affect employees’ reactions to talent management, including company policies, business strategies, and leadership styles of supervisors. It was beyond the scope of this study to investigate such factors, but this would be an interesting direction of future research. Practical implications: Managers can implement the talent management programmes with the confidence that they will enhance the work engagement of talented employees. It is important that the process of nominating and selecting employees for such a programme is objective and transparent, and that all candidates have equal opportunities. In addition to fostering talents, managers should show concern for other employees. In this way, organizations can stimulate a feeling of organisational support in the entire staff, while making disproportionate investments in human resources. Originality/value: The paper contributes to management science by deepening the understanding of employees’ reactions to talent management and, consequently, extends knowledge about the results of this process at the individual level. This type of study seems necessary in the face of the growing number of authors who take for granted the positive impact of talent manage 34 ment on the attitudes and behavior of employees.

Opis:
Purpose: The benefits of workforce diversity and diversity management are widely discussed. However, meta-analyses of empirical studies on the relationship between workforce diversity and organisational performance show that it is either very weak or non-existent. This discrepancy between theoretical expectations and empirical results, coupled with the increasing diversity of the workforce in business practice, has stimulated work on a particular type of management to benefit from differences among organisational members, i.e. cohesive management. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model of the organisational cohesive management capacity (CMC). Design/methodology/approach: The general concept of cohesive management was based on the results of analyses of management activities carried out in top European football clubs – organisations characterised by a high diversity of the workforce and, at the same time, essentially free of discriminatory biases. Extensive literature research was conducted to define and operationalise the dimensions of CMC in relation to business. Findings: The hypothetical model of the organisation’s CMC was developed. It is shaped by four dimensions: game for talent, sense of unity of purpose, shared identity, and transparency of operations. Research limitations/implications: Research limitations/implications: A limitation of this study is the lack of empirical verification of the hypothesised CMC model. Originality/value: The value of the article is to adapt the management practices inherent in top football clubs to businesses. It defines the dimensions of CMC in business organisations by grounding them in management science theory. The developed concept seems to be of particular relevance to industries strongly dependent on highly qualified employees, high technology industries. The developed model provides a complete and coherent basis for undertaking empirical research.

The article presents an analysis of competences and attitudes of the new generations currently entering the labour market (Generations Y and Z) in the context of the challenges of the modern job market. The analysis was carried out on the basis of surveys, thanks to which recommendations were formulated regarding the use of the competences of this generation by employers in the wider context of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The widespread digitalisation of reality (cloud talent management) and the competences and attitudes of the new generation determine the change in employers' approach to attracting, developing and retaining employees. As a result, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility shifts the focus to the internal stakeholders of the organisation. Consequently, a debate begins on the legitimacy of implementing a new turquoise management model.

Opis:
Background: In the Polish healthcare system, there is a high demand for highly qualified medical staff who can be considered talents. Therefore, the use of appropriate talent management practices by managers of healthcare entities is becoming increasingly important. Purpose: This study examines the respondents' perception of the current use of selected talent management practices in healthcare entities in Poland. It was also important to investigate the relationship between talent management practices and employee retention and check whether the assessments of individual talent management practices differ depending on the type of healthcare entity and the education of managers. Because the spectrum of talent management processes is wide, in this article, we pay attention to talent acquisition and identification, competence development and employee appraisal. Design/methodology/approach: A questionnaire for managers of Polish healthcare entities was used to collect the data. 120 respondents took part in the research. A five-point Likert scale was adopted to assess individual talent management practices. In order to examine the properties of the measurement scale and the items that make it up, a reliability analysis was performed. Data were then analyzed using descriptive statistics, Spearman's rho correlation analysis, Kruskal-Wallis, and Mann-Whitney U tests. Findings: The study showed that the talent management level in Poland's public healthcare entities is not sufficiently advanced. The study's results also revealed the positive impact of talent management practices on employee retention. The analysis shows that the type of medical entity differentiates the level of development of employees' professional competencies and evaluation. No differences in talent management level were observed depending on the managers' education. Originality/value: In practice, this study highlights problematic areas of talent management practices in healthcare entities. The study contributes to the new knowledge on the perception of managers of healthcare entities regarding the use of talent management practices in the Polish health sector.
