The rapid increase in the number of vehicles in cities and the intensity of their movement necessitates the use of appropriate transport management solutions. Various telematics techniques are used in logistics transport management in cities, which are the basis for the functioning of telematics systems. This article analyses selected telematics techniques used in logistics transport management in cities and presents the developed concept of changes in logistics transport management in the city of Piła, including the use of appropriate telematics techniques. The existing telematics system in the city of Piła and the proposed solutions were subjected to appropriate examination. This study aimed to verify the quality of the current state of the system and learn opinions on the proposed solutions that could be implemented in Piła, considering the effects that could be achieved as a result of improving the existing system. The survey method was used to obtain relevant information. The questionnaire developed, containing the elements assumed in this study, was addressed to respondents residing in Piła and its environs. The survey was conducted in December 2020 and January 2021.

Artykuł stanowi próbę wyznaczenia kierunku dalszych badań nad zagadnieniem potencjału innowacyjnego przedsiębiorstw branży TSL.
The paper presents the considerations on the nature of the capacity of firms representing the industry TSL (transport – shipping – logistic). Drew attention to the definition of the concept, its importance in business operations. The main aim of this article is to identify a broad set of determinants that may shape the innovative potential of these companies. The article is an attempt to determine the direction of further research on the issue of the potential of innovative enterprises in the TSL.

In the modern world the alternative energy sources, which considerably depend on a region, play more and more significant role. However, the transition of regions to new energy sources lead to the change of transport and logistic network configuration. The formation of optimal core transport network today is a guarantee of the successful economic development of a region tomorrow. The present article studies the issue of advanced core transport network development in a region based on the experience of European and Asian countries and the opportunity to adapt the best foreign experience to Russian conditions. On the basis of artificial intelligence methods for forest industry complex of Sverdlovskaya Oblast the algorithm of problem solution of an optimal logistic infrastructure allocation is offered and some results of a regional transport network are presented. These methods allowed to solve the set task in the conditions of information uncertainty. There are suggestions on the improvement of transport and logistic network in the territory of Sverdlovskaya Oblast. Traditionally the logistics of mineral fuel plays main role in regions development. Actually it is required to develop logistic strategic plans to be able to provide different possibilities of power-supply, flexible enough to change with the population density, transport infrastructure and demographics of different regions. The problem of logistic centers allocation was studied by many authors. The approach, offered by the authors of this paper is to solve the set of tasks by applying artificial intelligence methods, such as fuzzy set theory and genetic algorithms.
В современном мире альтернативные источники энергии, которые в значительной степени зависят от региона, играют все более значимую роль. Однако переход регионов к новым источникам энергии приведет к изменению транспортно- логистического конфигурации сети. Формирование оптимальной опорной транспортной сети сегодня является залогом успешного экономического развития региона завтра. Настоящая статья изучает вопрос опережающего развития опорной транспортной сети региона на основе опыта стран Европы и Азии, а также возможность адаптировать лучший зарубежный опыт к российским условиям. На основе методов искусственного интеллекта для лесопромышленного комплекса Свердловской области предлагается алгоритм решения задачи оптимального логистического распределения инфраструктуры и представлены некоторые результаты моделирования региональной транспортной сети. Эти методы позволили решить поставленную задачу в условиях информационной неопределенности. Дать предложения по совершенствованию транспортной и логистической сети на территории Свердловской области. Зависимость логистики от минерального топлива, является устойчивой тенденцией развития регионов, однако при составлении стратегических планов необходимо на ряду, с плотностью населения, особенностями транспортной инфраструктуры и прогнозом демографических изменений, также предусмотреть альтернативные возможности смены источников энергоресурсов. К проблеме размещения логистических центров обращались многие авторы. Особенностью подхода, предлагаемого авторами этой статьи является применение методов искусственного интеллекта, в частности, теории нечетких множеств и генетических алгоритмов.

The task of increasing efficiency and quality of public transport has gotten special acuteness for large cities of Russia in connection with expansion of service by commercial carriers. There have no works done on the city of Omsk, where the transport system has its own characteristics. In this paper, characteristics of Omsk urban public transport are researched. The scheme that clearly demonstrates what factors have a negative impact on the development and functioning of the Omsk passenger transport system is developed. The measures that improve the efficiency of the passenger transportation system and provide an opportunity to advance the implementation of logistics principles are proposed. The activities took into account the experience of reforming the public transport system in other cities, the characteristics of the Omsk city system and a view to engagement of other scientists in this field of science.

Purpose: The growing importance of e-commerce makes it necessary to look for new solutions in ways of delivering goods on the last delivery stretch from the last distribution warehouse to the final customer. The purpose of this article is to show the importance of last mile transport, to present problems connected with it and to show what modern solutions can be implemented, to solve these problems. Design/methodology/approach: The document contains an analysis of the literature related to last mile transport. Based on the literature, the article describes the problem of last-mile transport in cities and proposes solutions that could improve the flow of goods. Findings: During the literature research, a correlation was found between transport costs and the method of delivery of a parcel at the last mile stage. Originality/value: Contemporary cities and metropolises are an area of dynamic social, cultural and economic changes. More and more crowded streets and increased CO2 emissions are the effects of the development of goods flows inside the city and more people living in urban areas. The study presents modern methods of delivering shipments at the last mile and their impact on freight flows in the city.

Intermodal transport networks, as examples of business networks created in supply chains, are differentiated not only due to types of key resources in the organization, but also due to such things as network structure, the nature of the organizations involved, the types of relations they have, and the roles of individual actors in the network. The business network is understood as a dynamic system whose configuration depends on the fulfilment of particular tasks and the competencies of the organizations which form them. Such networks are inherently temporary, because a new task can initiate the creation of completely new inter-organizational bonds or change the type of pre-existing relations between network nodes. The cooperation of enterprises in a freight transport network compels one to look at the problem of knowledge management in a wider context. The paper focuses on the first stage of knowledge management, which is knowledge acquisition in an organization and its environment. The paper presents the idea of gathering knowledge, and identification of the sources of disruptions in an intermodal network.

The operational efficiency of the transport-logistics chains is affected by all actors involved: linear companies, port authorities, stevedores, forwarders, agents as well as of the level of integration of terminals and hinterland transportation modes. At the moment, only the company Niko Transport d.o.o. offers the intermodal way of transport in Slovenia. As for any other transportation problem, time window constraints and the availability of alternative routings of intermodal transport poses additional challenges. The new strategy of the company was named ťWe select greenŤ. Its main goal is the same effect with lower pollution. They understand they are part of whole logistic chains for which it is typical to become more and more sensible to the demands that concerns the protection of the environment. That is also one of the priority strategies of the EU. Launched in the Freight Transport Logistics Action Plan, Green Corridors support today the EU's agenda towards decarbonising transport while emphasising the need for efficient logistics. The goal of the article is to present the business of the Niko Transport d.o.o. company on the UK market, the introduction of the multimodal transport, the approval of the Marco Polo project, the selection of courses and partners. A research of the students of the Caledonian University of Glasgow as a part of the project is also presented in the article.
Operacyjna skuteczność sieci transportowo-logistycznych podlega następującym podmiotom: bieżącym spółkom, władzom portowym, dokerom, spedytorom, agentom, a także poziomowi integracji terminali oraz środkowi transportu zaplecza. Obecnie tylko firma Niko Transport d.o.o. oferuje intermodalny sposób transportu w Słowenii (angażujący więcej niż jeden rodzaj środka transportu). Tak jak w przypadku każdego innego problemu transportowego, ograniczenia okna czasowego i dostępność alternatywnych tras przejazdu intermodalnego transportu stawiają dodatkowe wyzwania. Nowa strategia firmy została nazwana „Wybieramy ekologicznie”. Jej głównym celem jest ten sam efekt, ale przy mniejszym zanieczyszczeniu powietrza. W związku z byciem częścią całej logistycznej sieci coraz istotniejsza staje się wrażliwość na zapotrzebowanie rynku, związane z dbaniem o ochronę środowiska. Jest to również jedna z priorytetowych strategii UE. Zapoczątkowane we Freight Transport Logistics Action Plan – Zielone Korytarze (Green Corridors) wspierają agendę Unii Europejskiej, dążącą do dekarbonizacji transportu przy jednoczesnym podkreślaniu potrzeby skutecznej logistyki. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja działań biznesowych Niko Transport d.o.o. Company na rynku brytyjskim (wprowadzenie multimodalnego transportu, akceptacja projektu Marco Polo, wybór kursów i partnerów). Badania naukowe studentów Caledonian University w Glasgow, będące częścią tego projektu, również są przedstawione w niniejszym artykule.

The aim of the paper is to identify, design and develop of the classification national logistics enterprises, which takes into account both their technical and organizational structure as well as the conditions of the industry. The research method used is a review of the national literature and direct observation. The realization of the aim and theme of the paper includes the following steps: classification of logistics services; characteristics of the logistics enterprises in terms of functional; development objectives and principles of the classification of the logistics enterprises in terms of system.

Wydobycie węgla w głębinowej kopalni wymaga powiązanych technologicznie procesów i wykonywanych jednocześnie prac w rozległej sieci wyrobisk podziemnych, do których należy dostarczyć niezbędny materiał, części maszyn i urządzeń. Ze względu na trudne warunki górniczo-geologiczne potrzeby transportowe charakteryzują się dużą zmiennością. Sprawny system transportu jest kluczowy dla utrzymania nieprzerwanego procesu produkcji, natomiast właściwe zarządzanie realizacją zadań transportowych jest konieczne dla optymalnego funkcjonowania systemu transportu. W artykule opisano genezę zmienności potrzeb transportowych, w odniesieniu do otocznia naturalnego, jak i techno-logicznego. Na podstawie analizy pracy przykładowego układu transportu usystematyzowano potrzeby transportowe oraz określono jak kształtuje się ich poziom zmienności. Przeanalizowano metody zarządzania, wskazując na zarządzanie strategiczne jako działanie umożliwiające sterowanie procesami transportowymi z szerokiej perspektywy całościowego ujęcia zakładu produkcyjnego, uwzględniając wpływ otocznia. Przeanalizowano możliwość zwiększenia stopnia swobody wykonywania planu transportu na poszczególnych szczeblach decyzyjnych jako możliwość adaptacji do zmienności potrzeb transportowych. Wnioski z powyższych rozwiązań nakreśliły sposób zarządzania realizacją zadań transportowych w zmiennym środowisku kopalni podziemnej zapewniając optymalizację systemu transportu podziemnego.
Coal extraction in hard coal mine require technologically connected processes and simultaneously performed tasks in wide network of underground pits, which include supply of necessary materials, machine parts and devices. Due to difficult mining and geological conditions, transport requirements are extremely variable. Efficient transport system is crucial for continuous production process, however appropriate management of transport tasks realization is necessary for optimal operation of transport system. Article presents origins of transport requirements variability in relation to natural and technological environment. On the basis of work analysis of exemplary transport system, transport requirements were structured and defined how transport system level of variability is formed. Management methods were analysed, pointing to strategic management as operation that allows to control transport processes from a broad perspective of comprehensive recognition of production plant, having regard to environment impact. Possibility of increasing margin of discretion of transport plan implementation at various decision levels as possibility of adaptation to transport requirements variability was examined. Conclusions of mentioned solutions delineated a way of management of transport task implementation in volatile underground mine environment. This ensured underground transport system optimization.

Opis:
In the article we assessed the in-plant transport on the soldering line. The assessment was based on three-month process observation, registration of non-conformities and a modified PFMEA analysis form. Among the 9 non-compliance groups, the so-called critical inconsistencies for which the reasons for their generation have been determined. Actions have been developed to eliminate the causes of non-compliance, aimed at improving the process and devices of in-house transport. The proposed solutions are implemented in the analyzed organization.

Opis:
The paper dwells on the methodology for assessing the efficiency of transport services in transportation of disabled people on the local urban regular bus routes. Proposed methodology is based on the level of organization of transport system and Logistics approaches and principles for determining the quality of adaptation to requirements of disabled people transportation. The paper describes the identification of the conditions for coordination of regular urban bus routes for disabled persons with the main urban routes, in light of the principle of one change in the direction. There have also been determined the values of time expenditure for travel for the options of random selection of the change point and the use of GPS information technology.
