common security policy assumptions - Opis:
- Since joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation, Poland has been obliged to implement the common security policy assumptions, including providing for the functioning of the allied forces on the territory of its state. Since 2002, in Poland the host nation support (HNS) system has been developed. For over eleven years, in the Polish Armed Forces and in public administration entities, formal and legal conditions were created, and structures were developed and improved that allow for meeting these obligations. Poland has succeeded in preparing the HNS system in a way that guarantees its effective functioning to the benefit of the allied forces. Joint activities consist in the implementation of broadly understood assumptions and objectives in the area of security and balance. The obligations are of bilateral nature, and are set out in agreements that have been signed.
