innovation in the EU - Opis:
- I the elaboration it has ettempted to show micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as a key development factor of the Polish economy in 2013. For analysis purpose the level of the expenses has been adopted with main focus on R&D activity. The funds utilization allocated to Poland during 2007-2013 has growing trend, but it is not fast enough to have Poland on the better place than the fourth from the end. Increasing efficiency of Polish SME's in obtaining EU subsidies continue to collide with experience and knowledge of international corporations headquartered on the Polish territory.
