    Opis:
    Dans cet article l’auteur propose, d’une part, de se concentrer sur le repérage et l’analyse des marqueurs de reformulation privilégiés par les juges dans un corpus d’arrêts rendus par la CJUE en 2020 et 2021, considérés comme un élément très important pour la construction cohérente et cohésive de ce genre judiciaire. Et, d’autre part, sur leur traduction en italien afin d’évaluer à la fois l’influence que la langue de procédure exerce sur l’autre et la formation éventuelle d’habitudes en termes d’équivalents de la traduction.
    W niniejszym artykule autorka proponuje, z jednej strony, skoncentrować się na identyfikacji i analizie preferowanych przez sędziów wyznaczników przeformułowania w korpusie orzeczeń wydanych przez TSUE w latach 2020 i 2021, uznanych za bardzo istotny element spójności konstrukcji tego gatunku sądowego. Z drugiej strony na ich przekładzie na język włoski w celu oceny zarówno wpływu, jaki język procesowy wywiera na drugą stronę, jak i ewentualnego kształtowania się nawyków w zakresie ekwiwalentów tłumaczeniowych.
    In this article the author focuses, on the one hand, on the identification and analysis of the markers of reformulation favoured by judges in the corpus of judgements rendered by the CJEU in 2020 and 2021, considered to be a very important element for the coherent and cohesive construction of this judicial genre, and, on the other, on their translation into Italian in order to assess both the influence that the procedural language exerts on the other, and the possible formation of habits in terms of translation equivalents.

    Opis:
    Dans les études sur la définition, si souvent abordée dans différentes disciplines de recherche, la problématique des prédicats définitionnels (verbaux) présents dans les énoncés définitoires est rarement mise à l’examen, quoiqu’ils soient importants pour bien comprendre le definiendum. Les linguistes, principalement francophones, entreprennent ces études pour le repérage automatique des structures linguistiques de ces énoncés en corpus des textes. Les juristes, bien que l’activité définitoire soit l’une des principales activités dans la rédaction des textes de loi, ne se posent pas des questions sur les prédicats définitoires. Le présent article se veut être une approche pluridisciplinaire de cette problématique pour en signaler l’utilité. La première partie contient le rappel des informations essentielles sur le signe linguistique et le sens, des typologies des définitions lexicographiques basées sur les recherches philosophiques, des énoncés et des prédicats définitoires dans l’approche onomasiologique et sémasiologique. Dans la deuxième partie est abordée la terminologie des unités de langue dans les textes de loi et la spécificité des définitions légales, et ensuite les prédicats français et polonais qui sont des marqueurs des énoncés définitoires légaux extraits manuellement des versions bilingues du code de droit canonique. La mise en parallèle des constructions de ces prédicats fait voir d’une part les constructions syntaxiques caractéristiques pour chaque langue, d’autre part la spécificité de ces prédicats dans la langue du droit par rapport aux prédicats définitoires de la langue générale. L’analyse des exemples apporte des indications utiles pour la traduction en polonais des prédicats définitoires dans les définitions légales françaises.
    W badaniach definicji, tak często spotykanej w wielu dyscyplinach, rzadko podejmuje się problematykę predykatowych (czasownikowych) łączników definicyjnych w wypowiedzeniach definicyjnych, mimo iż są one istotne dla dobrego zrozumienia definiendum. Językoznawcy, głównie w środowiskach francuskojęzycznych, podejmują analizę tych łączników w perspektywie zastosowania ich do automatycznej ekscerpcji definicji w tekstach. Prawnicy, choć definiowanie jest jedną z głównych aktywności w redakcji tekstów prawa, nie zadają sobie pytania o te czasowniki. Niniejszy artykuł wychodzi naprzeciw potrzebie ujęcia interdyscyplinarnego tego zagadnienia. W pierwszej części przypomniane są najważniejsze informacje dotyczące znaku językowego i znaczenia, typologii definicji leksykalnych wywodzących się z filozofii, wypowiedzeń i predykatów definicyjnych w ujęciu onomazjologicznym i semazjologicznym. W drugiej części omówione są terminy jednostek językowych w tekstach prawa i specyfika definicji legalnych, a następnie predykaty francuskie i polskie będące łącznikami definicyjnymi w wypowiedzeniach definicji legalnych wyekscerpowanych ręcznie z francuskiej i polskiej wersji kodeksu prawa kanonicznego. Zestawienie ekwiwalentnych konstrukcji tych predykatów ukazuje z jednej strony charakterystyczne dla każdego języka konstrukcje składniowe, z drugiej strony odrębność tych predykatów w języku prawa w odniesieniu do predykatów definicyjnych w języku ogólnym. Analiza tych przykładów daje konkretne wskazówki do tłumaczenia na język polski predykatów definicyjnych we francuskich definicjach legalnych.
    In studies of definitions, so often addressed in different research disciplines, the problem of defining (verbal) predicates present in defining statements is rarely examined, although they are important for a proper understanding of the definiendum. Linguists, mainly French-speaking, generally undertake these studies for the automatic identification of the linguistic structures of these statements in text corpora. Although the defining activity is one of the main activities in the drafting of legal texts, lawyers do not ask themselves questions about the defining predicates. This article aims to be a multidisciplinary approach to this problem in order to point out its usefulness. The first part contains a reminder of the essential information concerning the linguistic sign and meaning, typologies of lexicographic definitions based on philosophical research, definitional statements and predicates in both the onomasiological and semasiological approach. In the second part, the terminology of language units in legal texts and the specificity of legal definitions are discussed, followed by the French and Polish predicates which are markers of the legal defining statements and which have been manually extracted from the bilingual versions of the code of canon law. The comparison of the constructions of these predicates shows, on the one hand, the characteristic syntactical constructions for each language, and on the other hand the specificity of these predicates in the language of law compared to the defining predicates of the general language. The analysis of the examples provides useful indications for the translation into Polish of the defining predicates in the French legal definitions.

    Opis:
    Le but de cet article est d’analyser les équivalents lexicographiques du dictionnaire bilingue espagnol-guarani du jésuite Blas Pretovio Vocabulario de lengua guarani (1728), dont un exemplaire se trouve aujourd’hui à la Bibliothèque Jagellonne. Les noms d’animaux choisis pour l’analyse forment un champ sémantique dans lequel, comme on peut le supposer, les différences de la réalité extra-linguistique trouveront leur reflet dans divers mécanismes de traduction. Bien qu’à première vue on ait affaire à une liste classique d’équivalents dans un dictionnaire bilingue, il s’avère que la microstructure du dictionnaire en dit long sur la conscience lexicographique de l’auteur, tant pour le definiendum (quels noms semblent importants pour un utilisateur potentiel) que pour le definiens (quels sont les équivalents et comment les noms d’animaux sont traduits, quelles autres informations peuvent se trouver dans les entrées du dictionnaire, etc.). En outre, le travail peut contribuer à l’étude de l’espagnol du XVIIIe siècle et de la langue appelée « le guarani jésuite » utilisé dans les zones d’anciennes réductions, et en même temps fournit des informations sur le monde extra-linguistique et sur les contacts linguistiques et culturels dans les réductions jésuites. L’étude ci-dessus fait partie de ce qu’on appelle « linguistique missionnaire » et tente de compléter le domaine vaste et relativement peu étudié de la lexicographie hispano-américaine.
    Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza ekwiwalentów leksykograficznych w dwujęzycznym słowniku hiszpańsko-guarani autorstwa jezuity Blasa Pretovio Vocabulario de lengua guarani (1728), którego kopia znajduje się obecnie w Bibliotece Jagiellońskiej. Korpus badawczy stanowią wyekscerpowane nazwy zwierząt, ponieważ jest to pole semantyczne, w którym, jak możemy zakładać, różnice w rzeczywistości pozajęzykowej znajdą swoje odbicie w różnorodnych mechanizmach przekładu. Chociaż na pierwszy rzut oka mamy do czynienia z klasyczną listą ekwiwalentów w słowniku dwujęzycznym, okazuje się, że mikrostruktura słownika wiele mówi o świadomości leksykograficznej autora, zarówno jeśli chodzi o definiendum (które nazwy wydają się ważne dla potencjalnego użytkownika) jak i o definiens (za pomocą jakich ekwiwalentów i jak są tłumaczone nazwy zwierząt, jakie inne informacje znajdziemy w hasłach słownikowych itp.). Ponadto praca może stanowić przyczynek do badań nad XVIII-wiecznym hiszpańskim i tzw. jezuickim guarani, używanym na terenach byłych redukcji, a jednocześnie mówi wiele o świecie pozajęzykowym i kontaktach językowo-kulturowych w redukcjach jezuickich. Powyższe studium sytuuje się w ramach tzw. językoznawstwa misyjnego i jest próbą uzupełnienia rozległego i stosunkowo mało rozwiniętego obszaru leksykografii hispanoamerykańskiej.
    The objective of this article is to analyse the lexicographic equivalents in the Spanish-Guarani bilingual dictionary composed by the Jesuit Blas Pretovio, Vocabulary of the Guarani language (1728), a copy of which is currently in the Jagiellonian Library. The research corpus consists of the excerpted names of animals because it is a semantic field in which, we can assume, the differences in the extra-linguistic reality will be reflected in various translation mechanisms. Although at first glance we are dealing with a classic list of equivalents in a bilingual dictionary, it turns out that the microstructure of the dictionary reveals a lot about the author’s lexicographic awareness, whether it is the definiendum (which names seem important to the potential dictionary reader) and the definiens (how the names of the animals are translated, what other information we find in the dictionary entries, etc.). In addition, this study constitutes material to help investigate the state of the Spanish language in the 18th century and the so-called Jesuit Guarani used in the Guarani missions and, to the same degree, it reveals much about the extralinguistic world and linguistic-cultural contacts in the Jesuit reductions. This study, beyond its evident lexicographic focus, is situated within the so-called missionary linguistics and, even partially, is an attempt to help complete the vast and relatively little-explored area of Hispanic-Amerindian lexicography.
