Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia refleksję nad twórczością, rozumianą jako zadanie osoby. Główny problem badawczy zawiera się w pytaniu: w czym wyraża się twórczość jako zadanie osoby? W pierwszej części artykułu został zaprezentowany przegląd perspektyw rozumienia twórczości, które są przedstawione w literaturze. W części drugiej przeprowadzono analizę jakościową swobodnych wypowiedzi nauczycieli. Podjęte analizy umożliwiły sformułowanie odpowiedzi na postawiony problem badawczy.
The article below presents a reflection on creativity, understood as a person’s task. The main research problem is contained in the question: what is creativity expressed as a task of a person. The first part of the article reviews the perspectives of understanding creativity that are presented in the literature. In the second part, a qualitative analysis of teachers’ free speech was carried out. The undertaken analyzes made it possible to formulate a response to the research problem posed.

Opis:
The main subject-matter of this paper is the conceptions of natural law and their position in the post-war reflection on the law in Poland. The author emphasizes unwillingness with which Marxist theory of the State and law (which has been binding until recently) treated both the philosophy of law and any conceptions of natural law. She pinpoints an unnatural easiness with which former Marxists refer to the terms, concepts and conceptions which they once fought with. Presenting various reasons of misunderstanding, which have grown around natural law, as well as various ways to understand it, the author pinpoints the fact that the conceptions of natural law have at their base a definite conception of man. She also spurns a common opinion about the positivistic and legal foundation of Hitlerism, pinpointing H.H. Dietze’s conception of national socialist law of nature. According to the author the law of nature fulfills in social life an analogical role to one’s own ideal in individual life. The process of creating positive law has in her approach a creative character and falls, among other things, under the influence of legislator’s standing on natural law and nature of man. At the foundations of this process there lies an intuitive sense of justice.

Opis:
The article concerns ethical aspects of the creative activity – art and craft – persons with disability. Based on the metaphysical concept of disability the Author argue that it doesn’t affect constitutive characteristics of the human person. Therefore personal acts – inter alia creating – of persons with disability have the same moral value as acts of persons that have not this impairment. Hence these acts can be evaluate as good or evil and as perfective or degrading their subject. And this moral value has the fundamental meaning in the work of educators and first of all for persons with disabilities.

L’anaiyise de ce poème permet de la définir comme une „récitation” qui sous la pression de la „personnalité” du sujet parlant s’éloigne de la relation épique dans deux sens différents: dans celui du „dramatique” (dû au fait que le narrateur remplit les. rôles des héros) et dans celui du „lyrique”, (du au failt .que le narrateur ¡prend une attitude émotive envers le monde de ¡la fiction qu’il lorée). En outre un narrateur ne cache pas qu’il envisage son „chant” de son point de vue d’artiste: il met d’une façon manifeste en doute la vraisemblance de certains éléments de la fable en donnant à èntendre qu’il ne tient pas toujours à cette illusion. C’est poiurqu’ il construit l’action et le héros principal de façon que les éléments insérés par plaisanterie sont dominés par d’autres, dignes de l’émotion lyrique, les péripéties extraordinaires dp héros ne constituent point ¡le moment central absorbant l’attention du poète. Sa préoccupation principale est la mise an relief de® valeurs intrinsèques des choses, indépendamment de leur fonction dans le cours des événements. Il en résulte une certaine équivalence des phénomènes, qu’on rencontrait depuis bien longtemps dans l’épopée et qui ici est basée sur l’attitude lyrique. Le sens „archéologique” de la, chanson qui a le caractère d’un „entredeux” (Zmija, IV 205—220) met en relief cette sphère de phénomènes où l’artiste trouve lia, plupart de ses impulsions lyriques: c'est la sphère de la foule anonyme et du paysage qui s’encadre. On constate dans le poème Un mélange de genres, un certain vague dans le personnage du narrateur qui est cependant si actif, et finalement l’union des sphères de fable bien diverses de la hiérarchie poétique — un fait qui n’est expliqué extérieurement que dans te bref commentaire (Zrpija, VI 1—il) ¡mi-badin, mi-ironique. Vu cet état de choses il faut reconnaître l'importance toute particulière du système de répétitions, de parallélismes et de variations, du système qui, à l’égal d’une caisse de résonance, souligne, les valeurs artistiques essentielles. Il renforce en première ligne les éléments mélodieux et lyriques du poème, les éléments de sa. „statique”. Dans, son ensemble ce système constitue te point de cristallisation d’une langue poétique homogène conformément à la cristallisation subjective de tout l’énoncé lyrique dans la personne du narrateur un et concret; le cours du récit et les répliques des héros font entrevoir la, même personnalité créatrice utilisant son propre langage bien homogène. Et comme cela, se doit chez ceux qui ne font que de temps en temps se déguiser en naïfs conteurs pppulaires — ce sysitème de répétitions que voici est, dans toute sa diversité, fort éloigné du système si simple qui est propre à la. poésie populaire. C’est de la manière suivante résumer tesi innovations que ce poème avait introduites dans le roman poétique polonais: La conception- fondamentale du narrateur comme artiste énonçant, actuellement l’oeuvre toute entière. Il s’ensuit qu’ illusion de la vraisemblance n’est pas ¡respectée dans le cas de certains éléments de la fable (éléments sensationnels). Le narrateur „remplit les rôles” des héros de façon en quelque sorte rhapsodique. Grâce à la présence d’une fable variée et compliquée, que commande sa propre logique (nom pas celle des réminiscences), et grâce à la présence du narrateur dominant l'ensemble, nous observons ici la fusion de deux types du roman poétique qui se développaient jusqu’alors séparément: du type „romanesque” (p. ex. Maria de Malczewski) et du type .monologue” (p. ex. Arab de Słowacki). l’Introduction, dance genre, du vers décasyllabique, avec la césure après la cinquième syllabe, appelée „mètre lyrique” par l’historien de la versification.

Artykuł jest próbą podsumowania plakatowej twórczości Henryka Tomaszewskiego (19142005) w latach obowiązywania doktryny realizmu socjalistycznego. Twórca należy do grona przedstawicieli tzw. "polskiej szkoły plakatu", a w swoim dorobku artystycznym posiada niemalże 50 projektów plakatów przypadających na lata 1949-1955. Szczególną uwagę zwraca jego oryginalna metoda kształtowania powierzchni plakatu z wykorzystaniem warsztatu malarskiego oraz zainteresowanie typografią. Cechy te są charakterystyczne także dla jego plakatów politycznych z tego okresu, co wyróżnia go jako twórcę mającego dystans wobec zasad narzuconej doktryny realizmu socjalistycznego.
The article is an attempt to summarize the Henryk Tomaszewski’s (1914-2005) poster art in the period of the social-realism doctrine domination. The artist belongs to so called “Polish Poster School”; he created nearly 50 poster projects between 1949-1955. What draws attention is his unique method of shaping posters’ surface with the usage of painting techniques, and his interest in typography. Those features are also typical for his political posters from that period, which distinguish him among others as an artist with a distance to the social-realism doctrine.
