    Opis:
    ILubla is located in the southern part of the Strzyżów Foothills. The exact date of its formation, due to the lack of archival materials, cannot be determined. Certainly, the village belonged to one of the earlier settlements on Subcarpathia. The first historical information about the settlement called Lubla comes from 1185, when Mikołaj Bogoria gave the settlement to the Cistercian monastery in Koprzywnica. The parish in Lubla dates back to 1277. The wooden church was built in the middle of the 15th century.

    Opis:
    After World War II, Izdebki Paris, which belonged to the diocese of Przemyśl, had an average number of followers. One year before the outbreak of hostilities, Izdebki was inhabited by 2300 people. At the end of the war and Nazi occupation, the demographic situation changed significantly. In 1945, the population of Izdebki parish amounted to 2462 inhabitants. The territory of Izdebki parish was inhabited by three population groups: Roman Catholics, Greek Catholics and adherents of Judaism. Changes in the population structure of the village and parish of Izdebki were influenced by the following factors: war activities (extermination of the Jewish population, transportation to forced works), conversion of part of the population of Greek Catholics to Roman Catholicism, migration resulting from the deterioration of the socio-economic situation in the Brzozów region.

    Opis:
    The history of the Parish of the Discovery of the Holy Cross in Niebylec can be divided into two development phases: Konieczkowa phase, spanning from 1464 to 1650 and Niebylec phase, spanning from 1550 until now. For that rea- son, it is called Konieczkowsko – Niebylecka Parish. The Konieczkowa Parish was funded by four born brothers: Marcjusz, Mikolaj, Jan and Stanislaw Machowski on 14th June 1460. It was established by the Bishop of Cracow Jan Gruszczynski, who was also both the chancellor of Poland and contemporary Polish Primate. Konieczkowa Parish district included four villages: Konieczkowa, Jawornik, Nowa Wies and Gwoznica. Niebylec town joined the Parish in 1509 and a village Malowka in 1608. The first Parish – Priest was Stanislaw from Opatowiec. The Niebylec Parish was funded by Janusz Romer, contemporary owner of Niebylec. It was established by Cracow Suffragan Bishop Wojciech Lipnicki. The Niebylec Parish district was the same as the Konieczkowa District. Two villages Blizianka and Gwozdzianka joined it in 1782. Gwoznica left the Parish district in 1864 and Jawornik in 2008. The Konieczkowa Parish and later the Niebylec Parish belonged to the Pilzno Decanate unlil 1608. Next, it belonged to the Strzyzow Decanate, in the Sacz Archdeaconry, the Pilzno Office and the Cracow Diocese. After the First Partition of Poland, from 1722 to 1806 the Parish belonged to the Tarnow Diocese. The number of parishioners has been continuously growing to 2600 worshippers at present. The first Niebylec Parish - Priest was Jan Bazaltowicz and dr Czeslaw Goraj is the present Parish - Priest.

    For more than 100 years in the parish, Fr. Missionaries in Tarnow charity for the poor, the sick, injured, unemployed, large families is provided. Missionaries and the Sisters of Charity in accordance with their Vincentian charism decided to help the most needy. Help ward was supplied by other religious congregations in the parish. Since 1906 organized assistance was provided by religious orders for men and since 1934 these duties were taken over by the female of the Vincentian Association and the Association of Pa- rish „Caritas”. In particular, much good was done during World War II. The post-war communist liquidation of religious associations did not lead to the omission of relief charity. In 1981, there was a transparency of aid activities in the parish. The band was formed Vincentian Charity. In 1990, the Association of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul was founded. However, since 1993, operates department „Caritas”, and from October 28, 1995, the Division is „Caritas” of the Diocese of Tarnow, which has legal personality combined with „Caritas Poland”. Both material and spiritual assistance is provided. Tarnowskie Hospice Home includes a terminally ill both in the area of the parish, city and neighboring cities for 10 years.

    The impetus to take up this subject are three organ galleries, which exist to this day in church in Binarowa. is disquisition attempts to resolve this question. is article is about Catholics in Binarowa and their ways of nding them- selves in 1st half of XVII century in a village, which was managed by Calvinist tenantry. e village, founded by the king Casimir III the Great, was inhabited by German settlers, so the Reformation di used easily. e chapel “for polish sermons“, built next to the Corpus Christi Church in Biecz, was stimulus to similar actions in Binarowa. Originally, for this reason, prepared vestry for the purposes of cult. Inside built organ gallery for congregation. Probably in 20s of XVII w., the chapel also with organ gallery was added to existing church. In 1634 it was took over by Fraternity of St. Guardian Angels and to this day it is called ‘Chapel of Guardian Angels’. Original organ gallery raises up in the nave of the church, over the western entrance.

    Opis:
    One of the main messages of the Second Vatican Council was to highlight that members of the laity not only constitue and shape the Church but, even more importantly, have joint responsibility for it. The Church wants them to willingly respond to Christ’s calling which encourages them to take responsibility for the Church (see: Pope John Paul II, Apostolic Exhortation “Christifideles laici”, 2-3). The Canon Law from 1983 mentions two advisory bodies which may help the parish priest manage the parish. These are: the parish pastoral council (Canon 536 § 1) and the parish finance council (Canon 537). The aim of this article is to discuss the competencies of the parish finance council which is obligatory in each parish, according to the Canon 537 of the Code of the Canon Law. This rule applies to every parish, both territorial and personal. The parish finance council does not have a legal identity, does not replace or cover for the parish priest in representing the parish, nor does it act on his behalf (Canon 532). It is an advisory body whose aim is to advise the parish priest on how to manage the assets of the parish. The duties and rules of membership of the council should be defined both in the common law and in the particular law issued by the bishop of the diocese.

    The Diocese of Rzeszow, an administrative unit of the Roman Catholic Church, located in south-eastern Poland, was founded on March 25th, 1992 under the bull of John Paul II Totus tuus Poloniae populus. As a suffragan diocese, it entered the metropolis of Przemysl. Her patrons were announced: Bl. Bishop Joseph Sebastian Pelczar and Bl. Karolina Kózka, and to the rank of the cathedral church – the elevated church. The Sacred Heart of Jesus in Rzeszow. The territory covered by two dioceses - Przemysl (fourteen deanates) and Tarnow (the deanate of Kolbuszowa and 37 parishes separated from the five deanates); The total of 202 parishes and 4 rectors. Over the past quarter century several decanter network corrections have been made and many new parishes have been created. As a result of these actions - according to the data from 2016 - the territory of the diocese was divided into 25 deanates, 244 parishes and one rectorate. They lived mainly the faithful of the Roman Catholic Church. Representatives of other religions or denominations were a little percent. The diocese's administration was in the hands of the diocesan bishop. The office was performed by Bishop Kazimierz Górny (1992-2013) and Bishop Jan Wątroba (from 2013). On this mission was assisted by auxiliary bishop Edward Białogłowski. In the diocese there were also various offices, councils and diocesan institutions, such as the Diocesan Curia, the Bishop's Court, the Levitical Council, the chapters of the canons, the cultural and educational institutions (such as the Higher Seminary, the Diocesan Museum Diocesan media (eg Catholic Radio Via) and the Synod of the Diocese of Rzeszow were organized. Pastoral work in the diocese is mainly undertaken by diocesan priests. They are supported by lay people and religious catechists. The Church's mission is to give a priority to pastoral care, that is, the concern for the sanctification of the faithful. In the Diocese of Rzeszow, such as its ordinary and extraordinary forms were realized. The latter manifested above all in the functioning of pastoral and ecclesiastical organizations and in cyclic and occasional pastoral activities, such as pilgrimages, coronations with the graces of famous paintings, and celebrations of the Jubilee Year. The last time he enrolled in the permanent history of the diocese of Rzeszów; It was not only a strong foundation for its functioning, but also a faithful pastoral program, both in its ordinary and extraordinary forms. This resulted in a great religious commitment, both priests and lay people.

    On March 4, 1412, Małgorzata (I) Rzeszowska, Jan’ widow, the youngest son of Jan Pakosławic, together with her daughters Katarzyna and Ofka, (with the consent of Bishop of Przemyśl Maciej called Janina) issued the foundation document of the church and parish in Krasne dedicated to the Holy Spirit, the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Margaret. It contains a detailed description of the salary of the parish priest and his successors. The founders also made a commitment to build a temple. The parish covered Krasne village and Strażów village. The other villages of this part of the Rzeszów dominion: Wilkowyja and Pobitno were not included. The oldest daughter of Małgorzata (I) − Małgorzata (II), Piotr Kmita’s wife, could also have been involved in the establishment of the church and parish. In 1468, her granddaughter − Anna, the daughter of Małgorzata (III) Kmitówna, made over, among others, Wilkowyja village to the parish priest Wawrzyniec.

    In the light of the current Code of Canon Law, according to Cann. 537, the parish priest is obliged to appoint the parish economic council whose responsibility is to abide by both the common law and the regulations issued by the bishop of the diocese. This paper presents and discusses the current charter of the Parish Economic Council of the Archdiocese of Poznań which was approved on February 20, 2007 by Archbishop Stanisław Gądecki, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Poznań. It is not clear why the Synod of the Diocese of Rzeszów does not mention the idea of the parish economic council. There is no information on the charter of the parish economic council among the charters approved by the Synod. The Canon law, both common and particular, stresses that the parish economic council is a body providing advisory and support services to the parish priests in administering the parish resources. The council consists of 3 to 7 members depending on the size of the parish, and its term of office lasts 4 years. At the same time, it is important to mention that the only legal representative of the parish in terms of the governance of its resources is the parish priest and he is the only person that can make valid decisions in this respect.
