Silesian agglomeration - Opis:
- The presented problem concerns the current labour market narrowed to the territory of Silesian agglomeration. The first part of the study deals with selected aspects of professional work, presents a variety of views on the contemporary labour market, its conditions, advantages and disadvantages, and regional specificity of the area of Upper Silesian conurbation. Another part of the work is devoted to the characterization of the dominant trends in employment and job offers in the first quarter of 2016. The article includes an attempt to answer the questions of how the current job market is developing, what kind of education is the most sought after at the moment, and what the causes and consequences of this may be.
