- Since 2014 there is an armed conflict going on the territory of Ukraine. The conflict has a strong impact on inhabitants, especially it cause limitation of civil liberties, also the social exclusion emerges. The aim of conducted researches was to diagnose the impact of armed conflict on youths and young adults’ touristic activity. Measurements were done twice once in 2014 and once in 2016. Due to study findings, there is no relation between development of armed conflict and touristic activity of Ukrainians. In the light of war youths do not change their travelling patterns, and their touristic activity seems to be more related with the type of personality. Possible explanation of that fact is the type of military conflict itself. Perhaps nowadays wars are perceived differently by the civil population.
