    W dzisiejszych czasach Internet stał się najpopularniejszym i najprężniej rozwijającym się medium komunikacyjnym. Dzięki niemu znaczenie czynnika odległości w procesach porozumiewania się i przekazywania wiedzy uległo marginalizacji. Najcenniejsza stała się sama informacja. Doprowadziło to do powstania nowej formacji społecznej zwanej społeczeństwem informacyjnym. Wraz z rozwojem społeczeństwa nastąpiło tworzenie nowego typu gospodarki opartej na wiedzy. Charakteryzuje się ona rosnącym zapotrzebowaniem na wiedzę i wykwalifikowanych pracowników umysłowych. Zdecydowanie większą rolę odgrywać zaczęły innowacje, będące jednym z głównych czynników decydujących o konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw. Równie ważna w tym kontekście staje się współpraca nauki i gospodarki, ułatwiająca opracowywanie innowacyjnych rozwiązań oraz późniejsze wprowadzanie ich na rynek. Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest jednej z popularniejszych form stymulujących współpracę nauki i gospodarki, jaką są dedykowane temu celowi narzędzia internetowe. Przedstawiono w nim wybrane przykłady tego typu narzędzi, stworzonych w Polsce, Norwegii oraz całej Unii Europejskiej. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego przeglądu narzędzi, przygotowany został wzorcowy model internetowego portalu stymulującego współpracę świata nauki i biznesu. Jego głównym założeniem jest integracja najlepszych praktyk napotkanych podczas badania. Ponadto, model uzupełniony został o proponowane przez autora innowacyjne rozwiązania, które powinny zwiększyć atrakcyjność portalu oraz przyciągnąć do niego większą liczbę użytkowników.

    This study throws light on the outline of innovation taking place in Indian Food Processing SMEs with a special focus on open Innovation taking place in these SMEs and the exchange of information or knowledge taking place between inside-out and outside-in parties for the purpose of innovation. In addition, puts special focus on describing how SMEs’ product innovation output related with the effect of outside-in and inside-out exchange of knowledge and information. Further, it analyzes how expenditure on innovation and collaborating with outside parties can help in the predicting product innovation output of Indian Food Processing SMEs. The analysis was done with the help of Jamovi to find out regression between the dependent variable- “Product innovation output” & independent variables- “Extent of openness”, “Inhouse R& D expenditure”, “Purchase of R&D from outside sources”, “Acquiring knowledge from outside sources” and control variable- “Indian Food Processing SMEs”. And towards the end, it contains the summary of the survey done, which suggested that Indian Food Processing SMEs are proactively involved themselves in inside R&D in comparison to the outside R&D and buying or taking license from outside sources. Other than these activities, one more pointer came as a takeaway from the study, product innovation is performed more in comparison to process innovation by the Indian Food Processing SMEs.

    The main objective of creating the open access to databases is to develop of innovation and efficiency in all aspects of socio-economic development. The article discusses the issue of open access to public data and focuses attention on the information of the results of research, useful to entrepreneurs. Open access to the data of the R&D institutions can be practically achieved thanks to implementation of an interactive platform. The proposed platform should uses the procedure for: collecting data from individual R&D institutions websites, translating them into language of benefits, comprehensible to entrepreneurs, distributing the transformed information to the proper entrepreneurs, selected by the code of NACE. The Author tackles the topic of digital knowledge-sharing in the context of the acceleration of socio-economic development in Europe. She discusses her own proprietary software tool - an interactive platform that uses so called “the language of benefits” for transferring the scientific research results to business practice.

    While analyzing open innovation,1 it is crucial to mention the issue of clusters and analyze them with a special concern. Even though ideas spread slowly in the Lodz Region, it is not only crucial to concentrate on regional policy as a condition for development of such initiatives, but also on the effectiveness, methods of communication and relations of cluster members, because of the value of contact based on trust.2 The aim of the article is to present the results of an in-depth study on the state of open innovation in the Lodz Region, with special concern devoted to Bioenergy for the Region Cluster.
    W województwie łódzkim idea otwartych innowacji (open innovation) rozwija się powoli, jednak jest już istotnym aspektem polityki regionalnej, jako jeden z warunków rozwoju inicjatyw kooperacyjnych i gospodarczego kapitału społecznego. Głównym celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników pogłębionej analizy stanu wdrożenia podejścia otwartych innowacji w województwie łódzkim na przykładzie Klastra Bioenergia dla Regionu.

    The prime motivation behind this investigation is to recognize and organize the different factors connected to Open Innovation in the already up and running from last five years Indian female owned SMEs in Food Processing Industry. Fifteen Indian female owners were chosen. An AHP system was utilized to examine the weight of basic elements leading towards Open Innovation. All things considered, the respondents organized advancement technique, opportunity acknowledgment, money and inspiration as the principle criteria that leads to Open Innovation in Indian females owned SMEs in Food Processing. COVID-19, gender gap, raising inner and outer funds were likewise observed as a hindrance ladies face that usually would keep them away from innovative tasks performed for business. The result of this examination is giving policymakers in India food for thought regarding the significance of the factors connected to development of Indian female owned SMEs in Food Processing Industry and will be able to move towards sustainable development goals- Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) and Goal 5 (gender equality) which is required for the economic development of the country. This will assist them with systemizing and organizing the basic, advancement of open innovation factors in Indian female owned Food Processing SMEs, which will give a boost to the contribution of Indian females in the financial development of India, which a developing country currently.

    Opis:
    The broadly understood cooperation of science and economy is a priority in the present reality. In spite of this, the awareness of business entities and scientific units regarding the applicability of the Open Innovation (OI) model is marginal. It is advisable to promote the idea of OI in line with the trends of the world economy, in which companies are involved in the development of advanced technologies. In practice, however, the low interest in OI or innovativeness as such may pose a threat to the economic development of the Łódź voivodeship. This article focuses on studies carried out under the InfoPro project among the members of the Bioenergy for the Region Cluster to show good practices and recommendations that can be used by stakeholders and those involved in the process of transferring knowledge and innovation. At the same time, postulates were formulated, which should play a key role in the development strategy for Łódzkie voivodeship in the context of promoting and taking into account innovativeness as an economic propulsion.
    Szeroko pojmowana współpraca nauki i gospodarki stanowi priorytet współczesnej rzeczywistości. Pomimo tego, świadomość podmiotów gospodarczych oraz jednostek naukowych na temat możliwości stosowania modelu Open Innovation jest marginalna. Zaleca się wprawdzie promowanie idei OI, zgodnie z trendami światowej gospodarki, w której na znaczeniu przybierają firmy, zajmujące się opracowywaniem zaawansowanych technologii, w praktyce jednak – niskie zainteresowanie OI lub innowacyjnością, jako taką stanowić może zagrożenie dla rozwoju gospodarczego województwa łódzkiego. W artykule skupiono się zatem na badaniach przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu InfoPro, wśród członków Klastra Bioenergia dla Regionu, w celu ukazania dobrych praktyk i zaleceń, do wykorzystania przez zainteresowanych oraz uczestniczących w procesie transferu wiedzy i innowacji. Sformułowano jednocześnie postulaty, które powinny odegrać kluczową rolę w strategii rozwoju województwa łódzkiego, w kontekście promowania i uwzględniania innowacyjności, jako napędu gospodarczego.

Autorka zwraca uwagę, że szczególna rola w promowaniu idei open innovation i zauważalna integracja wysiłków środowiska B+R, zarówno w sektorze nauki jak i w biznesie, przypada obecnie zespołom naukowobadawczym, poszukującym nowych rozwiązań technologicznych w obszarach środowiskowych, szeroko rozumianej energetyce odnawialnej, zrównoważonym transporcie i technologiach ograniczających emisję.
