Na stanowiskach wyposażonych w urządzenia laserowe może występować potencjalne zagrożenie oczu i skóry promieniowanie laserowym odbitym od obrabianego elementu. Przedstawione w artykule wyniki przeprowadzonych w warunkach laboratoryjnych badań dla próbki aluminium ustawionej pod trzema różnymi kątami względem propagacji wiązki laserowej o długości fali 930 nm wykazały wpływ kąta jej położenia na zagrożenie oczu promieniowaniem odbitym. Wyniki pomiarów wskazują, że wraz ze zwiększeniem kąta odchylenia materiału obrabianego od położenia prostopadłego względem kierunku propagacji promieniowania laserowego zwiększa się gęstość mocy promieniowania laserowego odbitego a tym samym występuje większe zagrożenie dla zdrowia człowieka.
Hazard related to reflected laser radiation from treated material is possible at workstations equipped with lasers. Laboratory measurements for an aluminium sample positioned at three different angles with respect to the direction of an incident laser beam of a wavelength of 930 nm showed the influence of its angle position on eye hazard related to reflected laser radiation. The results indicated that as the angle of declination of the treated sample increased from the direction of the incident laser beam, the power density of reflected laser radiation and the hazard for the worker increased, too. - Źródło:
