Opis:: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this paper is to assess the state of entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions in Europe (which are not universities for Economics) comparing the academic developments in the field of entrepreneurship in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Western Europe (WE). THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: To fulfil the objectiveof the paper such research methods as literature review and Internet research were applied. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The process of arguments presented in this paper was systemized in two parts. Firstly, there was discussed the theoretical background of academic entrepreneurship education. Secondly, based on own Internet research there was presented and discussed the educationalprogramme in the field of entrepreneurship at selected European universities. RESEARCH RESULTS: There are discrepancies in teaching entrepreneurship between universities in Europe. West-European universities offer a richer entrepreneurship programme than those in South-Europe. Moreover, universities in CEE lag behind those in WE in entrepreneurship education. Poland is an exception,which offers a range of specialist subjects in the field of entrepreneurship, which Polish academics seem to specialize in. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS:The paper focuses on examining the entrepreneurship as a single subject (compulsory or optional) of university curriculum. It is recommended to analyze, if universities have specialist chairs for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship centres offering a comprehensive entrepreneurship programme.

Opis:: Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie badań pilotażowych przeprowadzonych wśród studentów drugiego roku studiów niestacjonarnych i stacjonarnych kierunku pedagogika ze specjalnością edukacja przedszkolna i wczesnoszkolna oraz studentów pierwszego roku uczestniczących w projekcie zatytułowanym: „Eksperymentalny program kształcenia nauczycieli przedszkoli i edukacji wczesnoszkolnej w AIK”. Projekt ten jest współfinansowany ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego, który ma na celu podniesienie kompetencji osób uczestniczących w edukacji na poziomie wyższym, odpowiadających potrzebom gospodarki, rynku pracy i społeczeństwa, poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnego programu kształcenia nauczycieli wczesnej edukacji. Badania diagnostyczno-weryfikacyjne zostały przeprowadzone w czerwcu 2019 roku. Studenci oceniali swoje kluczowe kompetencje, które uzyskali w trakcie procesu kształcenia. W celu ich porównania zastosowano Test U Manna-Withneya. Analiza wyników badań pozwala na ocenę realizowanych programów, które są podstawą do opracowania nowego modelu kształcenia kluczowych kompetencji nauczycieli edukacji elementarnej. W artykule przedstawiono założenia programu kształcenia nauczycieli, podstawy metodologiczne przeprowadzonych badań oraz analizę zgromadzonych wyników badań.

This project is co-financed from the European Union funds within the European Social Fund, and its objective is to increase the competences of people participating in education at the university level in order to meet the needs of economy, labour market and society through the preparation and implementation of the innovative programme of educating teachers of early education. The diagnostic-verification research was carried out in June 2019. The students evaluated their key competences obtained in the process of education. In order to compare them, the U Mann-Withney Test was applied. The analysis of the results makes it possible to evaluate the programmes that are the basis for preparing a new model of shaping the key competences of elementary education teachers. The article presents the assumptions of the programme of educating teachers, the methodological bases for the research, and the analysis of the collected research results.

Opis:: The aim of this contribution is to assess selected aspects of the development of early childhood education and primary education in the Slovak Republic (SR) during the last twenty years in the context of the process of the transformation of the Slovak education system. Our aim is to emphasise: 1. The formation of a legislative framework for education reforms in SR; and 2. the development of a curriculum for early childhood and primary education. The contribution outlines various mechanisms for curricular transformation which are dependent on mutual configurations and the characteristic components of this difficult process. In the contribution we name the basic factors determining the conditions for the preparation, the implementation process and the assessment of results of education reform in early childhood and primary education. At the end of the article we offer suggestions which we feel could lead to the successful modification or further implementation of education reform in the Slovak Republic.

Opis:: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: Determine student programme preferences in the context of a diagnosisof their behaviour in terms of maintaining good health. REASERCH RESULTS: The optimalization and management of the educational process: preparing an instructional programme with effective content and methods. CONCLUSION, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: the programme should facilitate the participation of the community and prepare people to anticipate events; intergenerational cooperation is recommended.
