- The article deals with issues concerning prequalification of investment risk factors in small and medium-sized construction companies. The previously developed Computer Program KNOWLEDGE MAPfor process management in a construction company will be enriched with tools for the identification, pre-selection and analysis of risk factors emerging in the course of implemented processes or planned and executed investments. In the article there are presented the Author's preliminary studies on perception of a potential risk in a building company, which constitute a basis to design a model of risk assessment.
