Opis:
This article raises the issue of the impact of cloud computing services on the economic efficiency of companies. The authors primarily concentrate on the benefits which companies accrue, in particular, the flexible use of resources of cloud computing without the necessity to make additional investments in their IT infrastructure. The article also raises the question of the risks associated with the use of the service in question, too. This concerns mainly the loss of data, which may result in adverse economic effects for a company. However, it is estimated that the benefits of the use of Cloud computing services outweigh the risks.

Cloud Computing allow the users to dynamically provide computing resource to meet their information technology needs. Cloud providers are able to rent resources from cloud for many computational purposes using any one of the provisioning model static/dynamic the company can pay bills as per the model. One of the major drawbacks in cloud computing is linked to step up the dataflow model with better resources. Resource allocation is performed with the aim of minimizing the costs and to get high throughput. The added challenges in resource allocation is satisfying the customer demands and application necessities. In this paper, we have presented an extensive survey on various resource allocation strategies for various dataflow model and their challenges are discussed in detail.

As the cloud computing is spreading round the world, want of inter cloud communication is turning into a growing in the organizations. It’s inflicting the researchers to specialize in first, creating it potential to communicate between two or additional clouds and second security of communication is to considered up to utmost level. Hybrid cloud storage may be a storage technique that uses internal and external cloud applications, infrastructure and storage systems to create integrated storage design. Hybrid cloud may be a classification in cloud computing atmosphere that utilizes a collaboration of on-premises, private cloud and third-party, public cloud services with orchestration between the two platforms. By permitting workloads to transfer between private and public clouds, the computing requirements and prices modification, hybrid cloud offers businesses larger flexibility and additional information deployment choices. Hybrid cloud is especially valuable for dynamic or extremely changeable workloads. This paper describes the needs, deployment, storage, applications and issues of hybrid cloud.

Opis:
In recent years ad-hoc parallel data processing has emerged to be one of the killer applications for Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) clouds. Major Cloud computing companies have started to integrate frameworks for parallel data processing in their product portfolio, making it easy for customers to access these services and to deploy their programs. However, the processing frameworks which are currently used have been designed for static, homogeneous cluster setups and disregard the particular nature of a cloud. Consequently, the allocated compute resources may be inadequate for big parts of the submitted job and unnecessarily increase processing time and cost. We discuss the opportunities and challenges for efficient parallel data processing in clouds and present our research project Nephele. Nephele is the first data processing framework to explicitly exploit the dynamic resource allocation offered by today’s IaaS clouds for both, task scheduling and execution. Particular tasks of a processing job can be assigned to different types of virtual machines which are automatically instantiated and terminated during the job execution. Based on this new framework, we perform extended evaluations of Map Reduce-inspired processing jobs on an IaaS cloud system and compare the results to the popular data processing framework Hadoop.

Cloud computing system delivers computing resources as a service over the network. During the last few years clod computing technology has gained attention due to its autonomous and cost effective services. It is responsible for the growth of IT industry. But cloud computing has various security challenges that hinder the rapid adoption of this computing paradigm. Efficient steps should be taken to make cloud computing more secure and reliable. This paper works on overview of clod computing as well as related security issues.

Today cloud computing becomes one of the most attractive topics due to the wide opportunities that is provided which aims to enhance the electronic services to a higher-level providing cost saving, expanding possibilities, storage in demand and the huge intake capability as well. Security is one of the most important process that should be implemented in every cloud structure level, especially with data in case of processing or storing to keep it save from unauthorized access to overcome the security challenges and difficulties, which face both provider and users in cloud. In this paper a study to compare the security algorithms for encryption/decryption files has been done to evaluate the performance impact with memory capacity, processing time and algorithms running time. The comparison has been done between three encryption algorithms AES, DES, and Blowfish to determine the performance of each one in cloud storage. From the experimental results we found that DES is faster in running time compared to other algorithms as well as AES considered to be the safest one in data protection.

Opis:
Cloud computing is a major pattern for large data storage and analytics. The combination of cloud computing and IoT can enable the resource sharing more efficiently than individually handling them. In distributed systems, the resources are termed as cloud services and handled in a centralized way. However, new challenges arise when integrating cloud for IoT. This paper presents the architecture for integrating of cloud computing for Internet of Things and its issues. Cloud computing has long been recognized as a paradigm for big data storage and analytics. The combination of cloud computing and IoT can enable ubiquitous sensing services and powerful processing of sensing data streams beyond the capability of individual “things”, thus stimulating innovations in both fields. With the trend going on in ubiquitous computing, everything is going to be connected to the Internet and its data will be used for various progressive purposes, creating not only information from it, but also, knowledge and even wisdom. Internet of Things (IoT) becoming so pervasive that it is becoming important to integrate it with cloud computing because of the amount of data IoT's could generate and their requirement to have the privilege of virtual resources utilization and storage capacity, but also, to make it possible to create more usefulness from the data generated by IoT's and develop smart applications for the users. For example, cloud platforms allow the sensing data to be stored and used intelligently for smart monitoring and actuation with the smart devices. Novel data fusion algorithms, machine learning methods, and artificial intelligence techniques can be implemented and run centralized or distributed on the cloud to achieve automated decision making. These will boost the development of new applications such as smart cities, grids, and transportation systems.

Opis:
Article focus of the disruptive character of technological innovations brought by Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), with its unprecedented scale and scope, and exponential speed of incoming innovations, described from the point view of ‘unintended consequences’ (cross cutting impact of disruptive technologies across many sectors and aspects of human life). With integration of technology innovations emerging in number of fields including advanced robotics, pervasive computing, artificial intelligence, nano- and bio- technologies, additive and smart manufacturing, Forth Industrial Revolution introduce new ways in which technology becomes embedded not only within the society, economy and culture, but also within human body and mind (described by integration of technologies, collectively referred to as cyber-physical systems). At the forefront of digital transformation, based on cyber physical systems, stands Industry 4.0, referring to recent technological advances, where internet and supporting technologies (embedded systems) are serving as framework to integrate physical objects, human actors, intelligent machines, production lines and processes across organizational boundaries to form new kind of intelligent, networked value chain, called smart factory. Article presents broader context of ‘disruptive changes (innovations)’ accompanying 4IR, that embrace both economical perspective of ‘broader restructuring’ of modern economy and society (described in second part of the article as transition from second to third and forth industrial revolution), and technological perspective of computer and informational science with advances in pervasive computing, algorithms and artificial intelligence (described in third part of article with different stages of web development : web 1.0, web 2.0, web 3.0, web 4.0). What’s more important, article presents hardly ever described in literature, psychological and philosophical perspective, more or less subtle reconfiguration made under the influence of these technologies, determining physical (body), psychological (mind) and philosophical aspect of human existence (the very idea of what it means to be the human), fully depicted in the conclusion of the article. The core element (novelty) is the attempt to bring full understanding and acknowledgment of disruptive innovations’, that “change not only of the what and the how things are done, but also the who we are”, moving beyond economical or technological perspective, to embrace also psychological and philosophical one.
