Opis:
In this paper we describe the creation of a model of the motion of a flying object in a geocentric coordinate system (ECEF - Earth-Centered, Earth-Fixed). Such a model can be used to investigate the accuracy and resistance of radio navigation systems to interference. The essence of the design of the model lies in the mathematical description of the motion of a flying object in a geocentric coordinate system. The flight trajectory of a flying object consists of one straight section and two turns. When creating a model, we assume a flight at a constant altitude. In this paper, we present one of the possible procedures for modelling the motion of a flying object in a geocentric coordinate system. We chose the initial coordinates of the flying object according to flightradar 24. We used the Matlab software for computer simulation.

Opis:
The architecture of wide-band synchronous automated systems of data communication (ASDC) enables utilization of high accuracy measurement of the signal reception times to relative navigation in the network. In this contribution an operation analysis of such systems in the relative navigation mode is conducted. The accuracy and possibilities of the utilization of these systems were examined by modeling in air navigation.

Opis:
Under the umbrella of PWSZ Chelm, taking account of future implementation of navigation using EUPOS and GNSS based on EGNOS several planned actions were carried out in the 2005-2006. The actions in particular contribute to: 1. ICAO and EGNOS requirements and coverage area (Chelm Town located near Polish-Ukrainian border is also at the east border of planned EGNOS coverage for ECAC states). 2. Preparatory activities to establishing the EUPOS station in PWSZ Chelm. Cooperation of PWSZ Chelm and ULC (Polish Aviation Regulator) in the frame of conventional NAV aids use and GNSS implementation in aviation. 3. Analysis of ICAO requirements and methods of testing SIS (Signal In Space) needed to certify GNSS in Poland for use for an aviation. 4. Preparatory activities to establishing the EGNOS SIS monitoring station based on EUROCONTROL Pegasus software and GNSS/EGNOS receiver Septentrio PolaRx2e. 5. Analysis of methods for exchange of information between EUPOS and EGNOS SIS station to initiate the application of satellite positioning systems to air navigation in Poland. The project EUPOS is a European initiative aiming at establishment of a uniform DGNSS (Differential Global Navigation Satellite System) basis infrastructures in Central and Eastern European countries including Chelm Town where PWSZ is localized playing vital role in GIS/GNSS implementation in the region and Polish aviation.

Opis:
This paper has been issued in the framework of the SHERPA project under the Grant Agreement No 287246 with the GSA (European GNSS Agency). This document contains the main technical activities conducted by PANSA in the frame of project’s WP2000. The objectives of WP2000 are: To work towards the implementation of a LPV procedure at each of the scenarios; To develop EGNOS National Implementation Plans, To develop and EGNOS Regional Implementation Plan, To summarise EGNOS expected benefits in a single airport. Specifically, the objectives of this document are technical activities conducted towards the implementation of a LPV procedure in scenario: procedure design, safety assessment, business case, EGNOS service provision requirements. The first step shall be to describe the operational environment at the scenario including the level of ATS provided, CNS equipment, the airport ground equipment, airspace and any procedures in place. The purpose of the operational description is to define the CONOPS specific to the airport. The Final FHA of LPV approaches is based on the Operational Model of LPV approaches in the ECAC Area, which clearly defined nominal operations prior to analyse degraded cases. For each operational action (performed by either system, human operator or jointly in the successive phases of flight), relevant failure modes were identified. Each failure mode was then analysed in turn in terms of examples of causes (to check its validity), operational consequences and mitigations, hazards, rough risk comparison against ILS operations, and when pertinent, recommendations in terms of risk reducing measures to be considered. Safety Case Activities drawn up as part of the SHERPA project was accepted by GSA, EUROCONTROL. At present an algorithm of acting while designing and executing procedures constitutes final approaches according to GNSS.

Opis:
Aim of publication is to introduce reader with general need and current situation of development of air traffic management systems and evaluation of actual operating network of aviation electronic support systems. The theme of the contribution is actual because there is currently an increase in the volume of the air traffic, which places increased demands on the safety level of air transport. Attempting to find new answers related to insufficient navigation systems has led aviation authorities to develop progressive systems based on cooperation with satellite navigation systems. Solution for capacity limited airports is development of system GBAS – Ground Based Augmentation System. The main purpose of publication is to present drafts of possible rationalization of navigation infrastructure of M.R. Stefanik airport. The effort to use the maximum potential of airspace consisted in the search for new concepts and trends in air traffic management based on the development of the technical pillar and new ways of managing the entire ATM system.

Safety level analysis is included in the paper in context of SWIM system in air traffic management. The example is given. It examines the limitations and drawbacks of current ICT systems used for air traffic management. Analyzing the development of communication systems for the management of general air traffic, it can be concluded that the development of the terrestrial segment of the exchange of information between the parties relating to the air traffic will fluctuate towards a solution based on a service-oriented architecture SOA. This architecture will be the basis for the implementation of the concept of an information exchange system SWIM.
