    Opis:
    Increasingly, many confessors are confronted with penitents who have become involved with pornography.  This article provides some statistics illustrating the scope of pornography and then analyzes the harm that pornography causes, both to the dignity of the human person and in relation to the virtues of chastity and justice.  The article invites confessors to help penitents understand that involvement with pornography is more than simply breaking a commandment, but rather affects a penitent’s capacity for self-giving and thus one’s authentic emotional and spiritual growth.  Confessors should guide penitents who struggle with this issue to cultivate the true vision of human love in place of the distorted image offered by pornographic material.  The confessor should be prepared to turn a penitent’s attention to effective spiritual remedies as well as in some cases suggesting a penitent seek professional assistance so that the authentic image of God may be restored and the penitent be helped to attain true freedom from the vice of pornography.

    Współczesne społeczeństwo charakteryzuje zanik poczucia grzechu i winy . Ta utrata odpowiedzialności moralnej człowieka prowadzi do utraty jedności z Bogiem, z samym sobą i z innymi. Fakt ten stanowi szczególne wyzwanie dla moralnej i pastoralnej funkcji Kościoła. Unikalne "miejsce" od spotkania człowieka z Bogiem, z samym sobą, jest sakrament pokuty i pojednania. W związku z tym posługa konfesjonału i innych form życia duchowego jest bardzo pomocna. Dokument Kongregacji Duchowieństwa "Kapłan - sługa Bożego Miłosierdzia" wskazania dla spowiedników i kierowników duchowych został poświęcony właśnie tej kwestii. Analizując treść tych wskazań, w tym artykule zostały podjęte dwie kwestie:1. Sakramentalna posługa spowiednika.2. Spowiednik jako kierownika duchowego .
    Modern society is characterized by the disappearance of the sense of sin and guilt. This loss of moral responsibility leads the man to the loss of unity with God, with ourselves and with others. This fact poses a particular challenge to the moral and pastoral function of the Church. The unique "place" of man's encounter with God and with himself is the sacrament of penance and reconciliation. Hence, the ministry of the confessional and other forms of spiritual help of the priest in evaluating of human life, and directing it are a special challenge of contemporary times. The document of the Congregation for the Clergy "Priest - the minister of Divinity Mercy. Helpers for confessors and spiritual directors" was dedicated to this issue. Analyzing the content of these indications, in this article have been taken two issues: 1. Sacramental ministry of confessor.2. Confessor as a spiritual director.

    Zasadniczym elementem sakramentu pokuty jest odnawiana odpowiedzialność za siebie i innych. Sakrament ten jest najbardziej osobistym z sakramentów - grzesznik staje przed Bogiem z żalem, a jednocześnie pragnieniem własnego uświęcenia. Aby osiągnąć ten cel penitent musi przygotować się prawidłowo. Bez wątpienia każdy warunek sakramentu pokuty odgrywa istotną rolę, ale priorytetem powinien być żal. W tym artykule autor podkreśla rolę sumienia i moment spowiedzi. Szczególną uwagę zwraca na rolę spowiednika w formacyjnej wartości sakramentu pokuty.
    The essential element of the sacrament of penance is renewed responsibility for ourselves and others. This sacrament is the most personal of sacraments because the sinner comes before God with regret and at the same time with thrust, and also with a program of his own sanctification. In order to achieve this goal the penitent has to prepare himself properly. Without doubt in this preparation each condition of the sacrament of penance plays an essential role but priority should be given to regret. In this article the author underscores the role of the examination of conscience and the moment of confession. Special attention is drawn to the role of the confessor in the formative value of the sacrament of penance. The source of the formative value of the sacrament of penance consists in the fact that it always puts a person's entire life history in God's light. It is therefore very important that both the confessor and the sinner make the effort to open up to the grace of God.

    W niniejszym artykule autor, Regent Penitencjarii Apostolskiej, przedstawiła najstarszą dykasterię Kurii Rzymskiej, którą jest Penitencjaria Apostolska, jej struktury, kompetencje, działania i sposoby codziennej pracy. Omówiono także kwestię przewinień, które ze względu na ich wagę, są zarezerwowane dla Stolicy Apostolskiej.Zwrócono uwagę, że Trybunał Miłosierdzia w służbie Kościoła opiera się na doświadczeniu wieków historii Kościoła, może być udowodnione, że wszystko dotyczące forum wewnętrznych w Kościele ma nieocenioną wartość. Misją Kościoła jest zbawienie dusz. W tej misji Trybunału Penitencjarii Apostolskiej wkracza w bardzo szczególny sposób.
    In this paper the author, the Regent of the Apostolic Penitentiary, has illustrated the oldest Dicastery of the Roman Curia, which is the Apostolic Penitentiary, its structure, competency, activities and the method of its daily work, as well as the treatment of cases of conscience which, because of their gravity, are reserved to the Apostolic See.It was pointed out that it is the Tribunal of Mercy at the service of the Church, and that based on the experience of centuries of Church history, it can be proven that everything pertaining to the internal forum in the Church is of inestimable value. The mission of the Church is the salvation of souls. In this mission the Tribunal of the Apostolic Penitentiary enters in a most special way. It is therefore good that such a Tribunal of Divine Mercy exists, and that it serves the faithful on their way of reconciliation with God. This Tribunal was and is a daily witness to so many conversions. The Penitentiary is proud of the possibility of carrying out this service, mindful of the words spoken by the Savior: „There will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over the ninety- nine righteous persons who need no conversion (Luke 15: 7). The Penitentiary does not hide transgressions, but acting in the internal forum and examining matters of human conscience and weakness, is aware of the mission received of reconciliation with God and the Church, not forgetting the fundamental truth that faith is based on the truth of the Revelation of the Lord, and not on the people in the Church. The Church is made up of sinners, but its Founder is holy, his doctrine is holy and calls us to a life of holiness.
