Przedmiotem analiz są przemiany, jakie dokonują się na obszarach wiejskich powiatu poznańskiego (szczególnie w obrębie wsi) na przełomie XX i XXI w. w wyniku procesu suburbanizacji. Badania przeprowadzono w strefie podmiejskiej miasta Poznania, koncentrując się na wsi Tarnowo Podgórne. W opracowaniu uwzględniono wybrane aspekty przebiegu procesów urbanizacyjnych, które dokonały się na terenie powiatu poznańskiego w latach 1990-2007. Poza zagadnieniami związanymi z kształtowaniem się liczby ludności, przedmiotem analizy były także zmiany w zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym.
Over the past dozens of years, due to the introduction of a new socio-economic system, the following changes have taken place and continue to take place within settlement units in suburban areas of large cities: land ownership, sustainability, type, size and shape of buildings, assurance of social and technical infrastructure as well as local social ties. New types of investments and economic activity have also emerged, which has ultimately contributed to the creation of new jobs.The aim of this paper is to present the changes taking place in rural districts of Poznan at the tum of the 20th and 21st centuries as a result of suburbanization. It has been noted that the transformations take place mainly in the morphology of rural settlements, in their spatial and compositional layout, however, the physiognomy of villages is also undergoing changes. Detailed research was conducted in the suburban area of the city of Poznan and it was centered around the countryside of Tarnowo Podgórne. Such a multi-scale approach (macro and micro) provides a fuller picture of changes in the spatial structure of rural units which are under the influence of a large urban center. The study includes selected aspects of the urbanization processes that have taken place in the district of Poznan in the years 1990-2007. Apart from issues related to the shaping of the population, the subject of the analysis also includes the changes in the surface of the built-up areas (building developments, service buildings, industrial buildings), which have been considered one of the most important manifestations of the processes of urbanization. - Źródło:
