    Opis:
    Congregation for Catholic Education in Circular letter to the Presidents of Bishops’ conferences on religious education in schools (May 5, 2009) beholds the relationship between educational activity of the Church, which is the integral part of its mission, and decisions and wishes of the nations, which take care of the formation and development of a just society based on the respect for the human rights. In this formula can be found two fixed reference points of the Church regarding its mission in the modern world. The first is the permanent protection of the religious freedom and teaching religion, which are the part of the human rights. The second is the perception of the religious education as the part of the wider process of young people education. The consequence of such approach is the possibility of building the civil society based on religious and ethical values.

    Opis:
    Starting from the actual situation of a world today, the article analyzes a new religious culture characterized by multi-religiosity and inter-religiosity. The approach to this new phenomenon is however interreligious, in which metaphorically, every religion assumes the "colours of all cultures". In this reality, the transition from the religion of Italians to Italy of religions in Catholic schools creates educational challenges in the face of interreligious dialogue. Therefore, the identity and mission of these schools, involved in socio-educational changes, caused by religious pluralism, must be re-examined. The school has the task of educating to overcome all barriers among persons, encouraging pupils towards an experience of a universal solidarity, starting from the neighbours that integrates the interreligious phenomenon.
    Na bazie obserwacji aktualnej rzeczywistości zmieniającego się świata w artykule podejmuje się analizę kultury religijnej, charakteryzującą się wieloreligijnością i międzyreligijnością. Podejście do tego zjawiska jest niezwykle istotne również we Włoszech. W sposób metaforyczny mówi się o nim, iż każda religia przyjmuje "kolory wszystkich kultur". W tej rzeczywistości zauważa się we Włoszech proces przejścia od jednej religii Włochów - do kraju włoskiego o wielu religiach. W szkołach katolickich ta sytuacja stwarza poważne wyzwania edukacyjne do dialogu międzyreligijnego. Dlatego warto podejmować tematy współczesnej tożsamości i misji szkół, które zaangażowane są w zmiany społeczno-edukacyjne. Szkoła spełniając swoje wychowawcze zadanie winna więc łamać bariery między ludźmi oraz zachęcać uczniów do bycia solidarnymi z innymi ludźmi, integrując się również w rzeczywistości międzyreligijnej.

    Opis:
    W latach 1926-1939 z inicjatywy ks. biskupa Adolfa Szelążka ukazywać zaczął się „Miesięcznik Diecezjalny Łucki”. Oprócz spraw typowo kościelnych i religijnych, w swej treści poruszał także zagadnienia związane z oświatą i szkolnictwem. Szczególnie istotny tu jest głos hierarchii kościelnej w kwestiach nauczania i wychowania. Z powodu braku innych źródeł zniszczonych w okresie II wojny światowej i po jej zakończeniu, periodyk ten staje się interesującym źródłem do dziejów oświaty na Wołyniu w dwudziestoleciu międzywojennym.
    The Roman Catholic diocese of Lutsk Monthly was published in the years of 1926-1939 upon an initiative of bishop Adolf Szelążek. Besides typically church-related and religious subjects, it also addressed such issues as education and teaching. More specifically, it became a forum for the higher members of the clergy on which they expressed their opinions on teaching and education. Due to scarcity of other historical sources, as the majority of them were damaged during the Second World War, the Roman Catholic diocese of Lutsk Monthly has become an interesting source depicting the history of education in the Volhynia region during the interwar period.
