    Opis:
    In the article the issues regarding ratio legis of can 812 were analyzed. Besides, the critical opinions and answers of the individuals who are responsible for canon establishing were presented. Moreover, the author presents his personal opinion about promulgated canon. Also, the following issues are presented: similarities and differences of canon according to Apostolic Constitutions SCH and ECE; the analysis of obligatory rule of law, the analysis of the concept of canonical mission and mandate. On this basis the analysis of the canon was presented. The author's considerations show the necessity of authentically interpretation of the canons.

    The author thinks over about the adequacy of law concept according to the divine law. He came to the conclusion that statements regarding inadequacy are based on conceptual approach to the law existing in the today's culture of law. About what is the law in the relevant law culture, including the church community, is decided by awareness of the members of the particular communities. Comparative methods do not give the satisfactory solutions.

    In 2008 will be 50 anniversary of passing of Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In 25 anniversary of its passing, Pontifical Council lustitia et Pax published a document «The Catholic Church and human rights», which includes synthesis of Church doctrine regarding human rights. The main attribute of this doctrine shows correlation between rights and duties of human beings. The author shows that Declaration mentiones about human rights at art. 29.1, which should be read in a wider context of art. 28 and the next points of art. 29. He claims that Declaration says about human rights at art 1 refering to an idea of brotherhood. Also, he idicates that refering to this idea is not sufficient to motivate human beings rights. He stresses that correlation of human rights and duties in social doctrine of Church exists on the basis of terms of love.

    Circular letter to the Presidents of Bishops’ conferences on religious education in schools (May 5, 2009)
    Opis:
    Congregation for Catholic Education in Circular letter to the Presidents of Bishops’ conferences on religious education in schools (May 5, 2009) beholds the relationship between educational activity of the Church, which is the integral part of its mission, and decisions and wishes of the nations, which take care of the formation and development of a just society based on the respect for the human rights. In this formula can be found two fixed reference points of the Church regarding its mission in the modern world. The first is the permanent protection of the religious freedom and teaching religion, which are the part of the human rights. The second is the perception of the religious education as the part of the wider process of young people education. The consequence of such approach is the possibility of building the civil society based on religious and ethical values.
