- Discreet construction of reliable network by adding and removing of observations is very time-consuming (even using computer calculations) and may demand a large, economically forbidding, number of observations or it may not lead to a positive effect anyhow. In this work there is presented a qualitatively different design mechanism which bases on modification of observation accuracy in order to reach its reliability. In addition, there is investigated the influence of such change on the reliability of other observations specified by the reliability matrix and its influence on the results of network adjustment and gross errors detection.
