    In this article, we discuss two different directions about the Georgian nationalism of the 19th century: first we consider, thetrinity of language, homeland, faith – maybe one of the best classical formulations of nationalist project. And second, in the process of creation of the nation, in the course of research of the Georgian nation-building of that period, we can not avoid the role of printed media. Georgian intellectuals published their opinions on general internal problems or foreign policy processes and all the most important ideas expressed by them were widespread by the printed media. Under strict censorship, discussing foreign policy processes was an indirect way to disclose the attitudes of Georgian intellectuals to the building Georgian nation, restoration of state, territorial integrity and independence, as well as to the colonial politics in generall. “Let’s be self-sufficient” is a phrase best describing the main purpose of Georgian intellectuals. However, it is noteworthy that the creators of that time Georgian nationalismprimarily sought to gain autonomy within the Russian Empire, while full political independence was due to the reality a far and difficult goal. Generally, Georgian nationalism developed during that period was clearly mild and was far from ethno-cultural discrimination that is o”en characteristic for nationalism.

    Prawa podstawowe to najważniejsze dokumenty kształtujące tożsamość państwa. Poprzez ustalenie definicji narodu władze interweniują, dokonują przekształcenia społeczeństwa. W nowych niepodległych państwach niestabilnych etnicznie taka definicja jest niezbędna do konstruowania relacji między różnymi grupami i utrzymania spokoju społecznego. Definicja jest symboliczna, ale ma ogromny wpływ na ustalenie stabilności. Konstytucje niepodległego Kirgistanu są efektem konsensusu politycznego, który próbuje połączyć narodowe dążenia narodu kirgiskiego, który jest podstawowym narodem w państwie kirgiskim. Przedstawiony krótki przegląd konstytucji identyfikuje małe zmiany, istotne dla społeczeństwa i jest nadal używany w dyskusji politycznej.

    e main task of this paper is to present the most important paradigms operating in the social sciences in the Anglo-Saxons cultural circle after World War II. The paradigms overview starts from Primordialism discourse through Perennialism, Modernism toward Ethno-symbolism and Banal Nationalism melted into Pop cultural social behaviors. A series of debates on the description and operationalization of knowledge on titled is-sue has already been taken. What is more, chapter shows the concept of divers approach toward nationalism theory which still seems to be a novelty at the Central and Eastern European discourse.

    The aim of this article is to search for an answer to the question whether the Roma can be considered as a nation? It is not an easy task, as they have never seen them in national terms. Being a nation reinforces the bond and identity and makes it easier to fight for the rights of the Roma scattered throughout the world

    Qe process of creating the Lemko nation began in the sixteenth century, with the birth of Lemko literature and the development of literary life in the second half of the nine-teenth century. Qeir language and literature alongside the history and culture became the chief drivers of developing the nation. Qe universal sense of Lemko nationality was in progress as until 1944 in the Lemko homeland (area the Beskid Niski and Sadecki). It was interrupted by the expulsion on grounds of the USSR (1944-1946) and the events associated with the „Wisła” action (1947). Later, due to the threat of identity, national revival among the Lemkos accelerated.

    =e General Jewish Workers Bund of Poland sent memorandum on the position of Jews in occupied Poland in April 1940 to =e Polish Government in France. In sent document Bund mentioned discrimination of Jews in the Second Polish Republic and fact there was plan of support of Jewish emigration to Palestine. It declared active struggle for an independent Poland with the German and Soviet occupiers. It reminded that the Soviet authorities arrested and carried away to the USSR many of the leading activists of the Bund. Advocated concept of socialist and democratic Poland, equality of all citizens and national and cultural rights for ethnic minorities. Bund considered as a utopia Polish and Jewish concepts of building a Jewish state. It demanded Polish government the fight against anti-Semitism in emigration institutions and occupied country, where many Poles took part in German politics of terror against the Jews.
