European Centre for Geological Education - Opis:
- The Geolearning program is dedicated to students at various stages of education, from elementary school to high school/technical college. The program is aimed to be conducted during trips that last a few days. It is based on natural sciences, especially on geological sciences. This program was developed as a result of sociological observations focused on school-aged children and teenagers. The trips and educational workshops were prepared in line with the current state of knowledge of natural and geological sciences. The goal of Geolearning is to make natural sciences, Earth sciences in particular, more popular, stimulate children’s curiosity of the world and explain phenomena around us. Since the start of the program, approximately 600 people have taken part in the classes.
