- The quality and safety are the key attributes in the traffic and transport processes in the aviation, general aviation and the military aviation activities. Prevention of accidents with a human focus is an important means of the flight safety management to achieve and implement the flight safety policy, in accordance with the mission and tasks of each air operator. The aviation practice identifies the problems of pedagogical didactic research that we are able to realize within the framework of a comprehensive didactic system of aviation education of selected personnel, in the favor of strengthening the level of accident prevention, the quality and safety in the aviation activities.
