Opis:
A nanoslotted microring resonator (NSMR) with enhanced light-matter interaction has been designed, which can be used for high sensitive refractive index sensing. The performance of the device is investigated theoretically based on a three-dimensional finite-difference time-domain (3D-FDTD) method. In order to achieve high figure of merit sensing, the nanoslot geometry is exploited to make the optical field strongly localized inside the low index region and overlap sufficiently with the analytes. By using the 3D-FDTD method, the proposed NSMR sensor device achieves a high Q-factor (Q > 105) and sensitivity ~100 nm/RIU (RIU – refractive index unit). Moreover, the strong light confinement introduced by the nanoslot in NSMR results in the sensor figure of merit as high as 6.73 × 103. Thus, the design we proposed is a promising platform for refractive index-based biochemical sensing and lab-on-a-chip applications.

Nowadays, there are many watermarking algorithms based on wavelet transform. The simple one is to insert directly the watermark into the wavelet transform coefficients. However, most of the existing watermarking schemes can only resist traditional signal processing attacks, such as image compression, noise and filtering. When the watermarked image is subject to geometric transformations, especially rotation attack, it is hard to detect the watermark successfully. In this paper, a digital watermarking algorithm is proposed based on 4-level discrete wavelet transform and discrete fractional angular transform. To enhance the security of the algorithm, the watermark is scrambled with the simplicity of Arnold transform and chaos-based mix optical bistability model, since the chaos is pseudorandom and sensitive to the initial values. And the watermark is embedded into the medium frequency sub-band of the 1-level wavelet decomposition according to the Harris feature point detection. Simulation results show that the proposed digital watermarking algorithm by combining 4-level discrete wavelet transform with discrete fractional angular transform could resist rotation attack and other common attacks.

Opis:
This article introduces the study of peripheral clamping for large-aperture laser mirrors in high power laser facilities. Some multi-point clamping schemes were experimentally tested, the results of the experiments show that these schemes cannot meet the technical requirements, and in the simulation analysis, we explain the reason for this phenomenon. It is concluded that the additional bending moment caused by the non-ideal process factors in the multi-point clamping is the main cause for the surface distortion. Based on the above conclusions, we carried out research on minor-point clamping. Experimental verification of the minor-point clamping were done, the results show that the minor-point clamping can meet the requirements of technical indicators in whole process. This work can provide a reference for the design of the large-aperture transport mirror clamping structure, which may be used in huge laser devices and telescopes.
