Źródła dotyczące Wielkiej Wojny Polski i Litwy z zakonem krzyżackim (1409–1411) są rozproszone, jednak znaczna ich część, zwłaszcza dokumenty traktatów zawieranych między Polską i Litwą z zakonem krzyżackim w XV w., znajduje się w Archiwum Głównym Akt Dawnych (AGAD) w Warszawie. Dokumenty te pochodzą w większości z Archiwum Koronnego Krakowskiego, z działu Prussiae, które weszło w skład AGAD. Dokumenty i listy przechowywane we wspomnianym dziale są cennym źródłem do stosunków polsko–krzyżackich. Z tego powodu są przedmiotem studiów dyplomatycznych, stanowią też interesujące pole do badań nad sfragistyką polską i krzyżacką. W AGAD z historycznego zasobu działu Prussiae znajduje się obecnie 199 dokumentów z lat 1263–1699 oraz 2 księgi zawierające oryginalne przekazy procesów polsko–krzyżackich z lat 1414–1422. Ponadto 74 dokumenty z lat 1215–1455 (wywiezione w 1941 r. przez Niemców z AGAD do Królewca) znajdują się obecnie w Geheimes Staastsarchiv Preussischer Kulturbesitz w Berlinie. Dodatkowo w zbiorach polskich w Bibliotece Czartoryskich w Krakowie znajduje się 41 dokumentów z lat 1254–1574 z zasobu działu Prussiae, a w Bibliotece Kórnickiej 3 dokumenty z lat 1343–1404 i 2 księgi procesowe.
The sources to the Great War between the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the Teutonic Order (1409-1411) are scattered, but much of it, especially the treaties concluded between the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth and the Teutonic Order in the 15th century, are in the holdings of the Central Archives of Historical Records (AGAD) in Warsaw. These documents come mostly from the The Cracow Crown Archives (Archivum regni in arce Cracoviensi), the branch Prussiae, which became part of AGAD. Documents and letters stored in that section are a valuable source to the Polish-Teutonic relations. For this reason, they are the subject of diplomatic studies, as well as, they became an interesting field for research on Polish and Teutonic sphragistics. In AGAD from a historical branch Prussiae is preserved currently 199 records from the years 1263-1699, and two books containing original sources to the Polish-Teutonic processes from the years 1414 - 1422. In addition, 74 papers from the years 1215 to 1455 (removed in 1941 by the Germans from AGAD to Königsberg) are currently in the holdings of the Geheimes Staastsarchiv Preussischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. In addition, in Polish collections are 41 records of Prussiae branch, from the years 1254 -1574 at the Czartoryski Library in Kraków and 3 records from the years 1343 to 1404 in the holdings of the Library of Kórnik, as well as, two court registers. - Źródło:
