Opis:
A proposal of evaluation of the uncertainty type A of the stationary random component of measured signal from its regularly sampled observations when they are auto-correlated is described. In the first step the regularly variable components of the signal are identified and removed from the raw sample data. Then upgreaded formulas for standard uncertainty type A of the sample and of the mean value are expressed with use the correction coefficients or the so-called "effective number" of observations. These quantities depend on number of observations and on the autocorrelation function of the sample cleaned from regular components. Two methods of finding and estimating the autocorrelation function for the sample data are also described. Some numerical examples are included.

Opis:
The novelty of this work is the analysis of accuracy measures and its visualization especially for the simultaneous two parameter measurements. The parameters of the resistance-to-voltage converters, i.e. different types of DC circuits with arbitrary variable resistive sensors (of relative resistance increments), and their accuracy measures are discussed. Transfer coefficients, limited error (and also standard uncertainty) as functions of relative increments of resistance are shown in broad range for different types of supply and sensor configuration of the circuit of initial 2D converters.

Opis:
Three-element impedance including the resistance R as the main parameter and the residual parameters: serial inductance L and a parallel capacitance C is used as an equivalent circuit of resistor. It is the basic model of resistor for AC current. The real component of this impedance is not equal to the resistance R for the DC current, and there is the imaginary component. Both components depend on the frequency. Variants of the model with four different connections are also analyzed. Patterns of the relative resistor frequency errors in the generalized form, i.e. as a function of the relative values of resistance and frequency of the circuit are determined and their curves are given. Considerations are illustrated by few numerical examples

Opis:
The expansion of logarithm likelihood ratio in the stochastic series to find the sequential change-point detection of non-Gaussian sequences is used. The moment criteria of the minimum of upper limit error probabilities sum to find the expansion coefficients is applied. The proposed method is a semi-parametric type of cumulative sum (CUSUM) algorithm which needs of higher-order statistics. Results show that polynomial algorithms are more effective in comparison with similar non-parametric procedures.

Opis:
The АС impedance model of a liquid conductivity has been developed to assess the influence of electromagnetic vector potential. It has been proved that the field in a liquid conductor is quasi-static. Approximation error, even taken for very concentrated solutions (e.g. sea water), does not exceed 0.01 ppm. The calculation of resistance of the four-electrode cell is given with the account of Ampere's circuit law. Two types of errors are defined: DC error due to finite thickness of electrodes, and AC error due to presence of displacement currents when using an impedance model.

Opis:
In this paper two robust methods of assessing the value and the uncertainty of the measurand from the samples of small number of experimental data are presented and compared. Those methods can be used when some measurements results contain outliers, i.e. when the values of certain measurement results significantly differ from the others. They allow to set a credible statistical parameters of the measurements with the use of all experimental data. The following considerations are illustrated by the numerical examples of multi-laboratory measurement data key comparison. Compared are the results obtained by a classical method with rejection of outliers with two robust methods: a rescaled median absolute deviation MADS and an iterative two-criteria method. The paper also presents the advantages of the robust iterative statistical method in estimating the accuracy of the tested laboratory measurement results during its accreditation on the sample of four elements with outlier. A comparison with the estimates obtained by the standard procedure for evaluating performance accuracy is also provided.

The non-standard statistical method for evaluating uncertainty for a minimal value of observations as the measurement result, is proposed. Opis:
Dynamic properties of the four-electrode cell with conducting liquid inside are described in the paper. The cell is used as a sensor of the electrolytic conductivity (EC) in the national Ukrainian standard. Electrical model and physical model for the temperature changes of this sensor are presented. To avoid additional measurement errors the stable state in desired temperature should be obtain. To obtain values of parameters describing the dynamic process of EC cell for temperature changes the experimental way was chosen. Installation and measurement procedure is presented. It is found that temperature transition process in the EC cell can be modeled by the first order differential equation and depends mainly on two cell tubes. For establishing the cell temperature within an error less then 0.002ºC time 36 min is needed.

Opis:
The application of robust statistical methods to assess the precision (uncertainty) of the results of interlaboratory comparison tests is presented. The case, when these results may include outliers is considered. An usual rejection of such data reduces the reliability of evaluation, especially for small samples. The robust methods take into consideration all samples data including outliers. The use of the robust method Algorithm S is provided for estimating the precision of some measuring method tested in comparative studies in the group of accredited laboratories. Result obtained for simulated example is very close to the case with rejection outliers, but more reliable.

There is proposed the application of an auxiliary quantity, homogeneous with the measured one, in the quality control of an object made with the use of measuring channel and processing and decision making module. The result of processing of this quantity in the measurement channel is applied for the additive and multiplicative correction of decision limits. This allows to reduce the impact of imperfect processing characteristics of measuring channel. The significant effectiveness of such correction, at different ratio of the components of processing error is presented. The influence of errors of forming auxiliary quantity is also considered.
