    In the period of shortage of gas supply, special attention is given to reducing the supply of gas to its consumers, that is, their complete and uninterrupted gas supply. Increasing gas losses associated with technological transportation costs, in particular caused by gas flow instability and frequent changes in gas transmission network operating modes. Considering losses due to unreliability of gas pumping is one of the important tasks of gas supply optimization. The purpose of the study is to develop an optimization mathematical model that will simultaneously take into account the factors of reliability and minimum lossesIn the general case, the optimization calculations of the modes of operation of the main gas pipelines are intended to solve three main problems: determining the maximum productivity, calculating the optimal mode with a given productivity and choosing the optimal strategy, the development of the pipeline. On the basis of approaches of simulation modeling of complex systems, a multiparameter mathematical model of gas supply process optimization was developed. It is shown that a comparative analysis of the forecast and actual indicators of the operating modes of the plunger gas pumping unit shows their satisfactory convergence. The performance of the compressor operation period in the process of injection according to the forecast deviates from the actual value for the whole period of operation of the plunger gas pumping unit in 2016 by 2.98%. The optimization problem of gas pumping planning is considered, taking into account the expected losses, on the basis of which the transfer of the controlled system from the initial state to the final one is carried out by such a sequence of states that minimizes the total cost of the system evolution.

    People are the most valuable asset of an organization and the results of a company mostly depends on them. The human factor can also be a weak link in the company and cause of the high risk for many of the processes. Reliability of the human factor in the process of the manufacturing process will depend on many factors. The authors include aspects of human error, safety culture, knowledge, communication skills, teamwork and leadership role in the developed model of reliability of human resources in the management of the production process. Based on the case study and the results of research and observation of the author present risk areas defined in a specific manufacturing process and the results of evaluation of the reliability of human resources in the process.
    Ludzie są najcenniejszym zasobem organizacji i od nich zależą wyniki jakie będzie osiągało przedsiębiorstwo. Czynnik ludzki może być również słabym ogniwem przedsiębiorstwa i przyczyną wysokiego ryzyka wielu realizowanych procesów. Niezawodność czynnika ludzkiego w procesie realizacji procesu produkcji będzie zależała od wielu czynników. Autorki w zaprezentowanym modelu niezawodności zasobów ludzkich w zarządzaniu procesem produkcji uwzględniają aspekty błędów ludzkich, kultury bezpieczeństwa, wiedzy, zdolności komunikacyjnych, pracy zespołowej oraz roli przywództwa. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań i obserwacji autorki prezentują obszary ryzyka zdefiniowane w konkretnym procesie produkcyjnym oraz wyniki oceny niezawodności zasobów ludzkich w tym procesie.

    The article discusses innovative forms of participation of employees in the work safety system. It also presents the advantages of these forms of employees’ involvement. Przeprowadzono badania empiryczne, których celem było przeprowadzenie analizy zachowań i postaw pracowników odnośnie bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy. Zagadnienia poruszone w artykule w istotny sposób wpływają na doskonalenie metod profilaktycznych związanych z bezpieczeństwem pracy i wspomaganiem tworzenia zdrowego społeczeństwa.
