Opis:: The subject of the study is to present Polish legal regulations applicable in the case of a minor's demoralization. The ongoing cultural changes of a global nature are conducive to the moral degradation of young people. Human freedom has become the basic value inscribed in the human rights system. This freedom is often abused especially by young people. In addition, transferring human activity to cyberspace to a large extent limits the ability to control the activity of a young person. The aim of this work is to present the statutory definition of the concept of demoralization, its specific cases, and the course of proceedings before a family court in such cases. It is also important to show the attitude of the Polish legislator aimed at saving the minors, and not punishing them. Any penalties imposed on the minors are used as the final measures. The effect of the study is to present the substantive law and the system of dealing with minors before the family court in case of its demoralization.

Opis:: Footballers, next to the actors and singers belong to the social group which is most admired by others. Football is a sport discipline focused on economic success and a career, and also to provide entertainment. This rat race may lead to overtraining, dependence on physical activity, diagnosed depression, eating disorders, suicide attempts, and above all, the separation from family or it makes difficult to get married. This right is experiencing significant restrictions primarily through the transfer system. Mostly, the international transfers cause footballer’s separation from the family, own culture, and prevent from building lasting marriages or partnerships. In particular, the minors players are protected, precisely because of the need to maintain their relationship with the family. However, the analysis of FIFA regulations and consequently, the regulation of Polish Football Association, shows a lack of appropriate provisions for adult players, which would protect their basic right to maintain family relationships or entering into relationships or the protection of marriage or partnership.
Piłkarze, obok aktorów i piosenkarzy, należą do najbardziej podziwianej grupy społecznej. Piłka nożna jest dyscypliną sportową nastawioną na sukces ekonomiczny i robienie kariery, na dalszy plan schodzi dostarczenie rozrywki. Ta pogoń za sukcesem może prowadzić do przetrenowania, uzależnienia od aktywności fizycznej, zdiagnozowanej depresji, zaburzeń odżywiania, prób samobójczych, a przede wszystkim oderwania od rodziny lub rezygnacji z zawarcia małżeństwa. Prawo to doznaje znaczących ograniczeń przede wszystkim poprzez system transferowy. To właśnie transfery międzynarodowe najczęściej powodują oderwanie piłkarza od rodziny, rodzinnej kultury, a także uniemożliwiają budowanie trwałych związków małżeń- skich czy partnerskich. W sposób szczególny chronieni są małoletni piłkarze właśnie ze względu na konieczność utrzymania ich związków z rodziną. Analiza przepisów FIFA, a w konsekwencji PZPN, pokazuje brak stosownych regulacji dla pełnoletnich piłkarzy, które chroniłyby ich podstawowe prawo do utrzymania związków rodzinnych czy zawarcia lub ochrony małżeństwa bądź związku partnerskiego.
