Opis:
Transport pertains to all functional areas of the State’s activities on every administrative level. Road transport is a very important branch of global economy and constitutes a part of the logistics network. It pertains to the transportation of cargo, items, and people. Cooperation between the branches of civilian transportation and military logistics must be the focus of continuous improvement efforts. Enhancements in this respect can serve to avoid possible failures and disruptions. The quality and availability of infrastructure plays a significant role, not only with respect to civilian, but also military assets. The condition of the vehicle is important for the safety of road transport. The provision of transport services in a military unit should mainly rely on military-civilian cooperation and effective communications. The condition of the means of transportation has been indicated as a factor influencing transport safety. Employing new technology and solutions enables constant improvements to the diagnostic system, broadening the knowledge and enhancing the skills of the motor vehicle driver in terms of proficiency in operating and maintaining the vehicle used.

Opis:
The European Parliament and the European Council in directive 2001/85 EC of 20 November 2001 decided to reach out the necessity of disabled people using wheelchairs. Solutions that have been proposed are equitable but they exact from constructors to invent new technical devices. In this report have been assessed law regulations relating to provide structural requirements facilitating disabled people using wheelchairs to get in as well as to get out of the bus. Particularly we have assessed mentioned problem taking into consideration new-produced small busses, in which the floor is situated relatively high up off the road. The restrictions relating to comply the law recommendations being in force have been criticized. We shall among others permanently updating our national legislation in order to adapt it to requirements enclosed in appropriate directives issued by EU authorities. The life of disabled people in society is full of problems with locomotion. We have proposed the new structural solution supporting disabled people to get in and to get out of the bus. The functional tests have been made on physically prepared mechanism and positive results have been achieved. The bus with a new solution has a big chance to receive a type approval certificate as well as to be accustomed into mass production. This vehicles are the most common one in use to transport disabled people on a short distances. From economical point of view for transport operators as well as for bus owners such solutions are unfavourable.

Opis:
Vehicles with cold storage chambers realize the transport of fast spoil articles. The cooling system of such chamber is its critical subsystem, the essential component of which is a cooling aggregate driven by vehicle combustion engine via belt transmission. The main assembly of the analysed aggregate was the axial five-piston compressor. Small aluminum pistons were led in cylinders in fixed head made of aluminum alloy. Such pistons were driven through steel tappets, mating through their spherical surfaces with spherical seats made in small pistons. Through their front surfaces, placed opposite to the spherical surfaces, the spatial disc cam made of aluminum alloy drove small pistons. The cam was mounted on the steel shaft. The co-operation of described parts was in presence of refrigerant oil. The abrasive and fatigue wear of elements occurred. Because of long-term utilizing of the aggregate the damage of radial sealing ring occurred. Then, external impurities of high hardness got into the contact zone between the mating surfaces. The main aim of the study was to analyse consequences of such fact. The failure was noticed in the form of wear of disc cam, front surfaces of tappets, and the plastic deformation in the spherical surfaces of the seats. Then, due to deformation and the displacements of the rotating shaft, wear of the side surface of disc cam during contacts with small pistons surfaces took place. Moreover, we noticed wear of the side surfaces of the pistons and the cylinders mating with them in the fixed head. In the article, we present figures of damaged surfaces of elements and results of the SEM analysis of spherical surfaces of tappets. The material transfer occurred between the spherical surfaces of tappets and their seats.

Opis:
This paper presents the experimental research and simulating results of a ZM130 hydrodynamic torque converter under steady and unsteady working conditions with an external step signal and sinus on turbine’s shaft on a modified test bench. The mathematical model of torque converter was described by the one-dimensional flow theory with variable loss coefficients. The character of received equations from test bend showed by linearized transmittance functions with variable coefficients. For test bend object identification researches will be used an Identification Toolbox from a mathematical code in Matlab, which enables to create transfer functions as a linear model from measurements data as they got the highest correctness level with input signal (as they get the best correction level with input signal on the pump´s shaft). This mathematical model for dynamic loads will be verified by experimental tests. The aim of the carried out studies was determination the effect of sampling time decreasing on the quality of measured parameters. Results of present investigations were compared with those obtained earlier, but for the same input signals .It is possible to affirm that proposed theoretical model imitates the change of dynamic parameters, and the same the property of the torque converter. Researches led on the test bend with extortion input torque sinus signal on the turbine’s shaft confirmed correctness of this model.
