Opis:: Обоснована необходимость формирования и развития инновационной экономики как основы достижения конкурентоспособности национальной системы ведения хозяйства в условиях усиления глобальной конкуренции. Предложены пути согласования интересов бизнес-структур с национальными экономическими интересами. Раскрыта роль государства в определении экономических форм и методов управления инновационной модернизацией национальной экономики. Определены мероприятия, направленные на обеспечение совместных усилий всех участников инновационной модернизации экономики Украины
The need for this study can be explained by the fact that the solution of the problems in the development of the system of management that have emerged under critical conditions of permanent political and economic instability, institutional uncertainty requires the development of the system of measures aimed at engaging driving forces of economic transformation. The basis for such social transformation is the implementation of social–economic transformations of efficient models of the ratio of economic interests and innovative modernization of economy as the basis for their achievements. The aim of the research is revealing the role of the innovative modernization of the economy in the formation and implementation of the national economic interests. The methods of scientific research are abstract–logical, statistical, induction and deduction. Based on the evaluation of activation of the driving forces of economic transformation, we defined the need for implementing in the transformation practice of the efficient models of formation of economic interests. The necessity was substantiated of the formation and development of the innovative modernization of the economy as a basis for achieving the level of competitiveness of the national economic system, adequate to the goals and needs of the transformational period under conditions of growing global competition. We proposed the ways of reconciling the economic interests of representatives of business structures with the national economic interests of Ukraine. The article reveals the role of the state in creating the institutional environment, the most efficient forms and methods of economic management of innovative modernization of the national economy were determined. We proposed the measures to consolidate the efforts of all the participants of the innovative modernization of the economy, which imply a synthesis of the provisions of the neoclassical and Keynesian doctrine with the activities of the state, adapted to modern realities of Ukraine, the mechanisms of self––regulation of the market. In subsequent research it is suggested to implement the development of the institutional environment of competing economic interests of economic entities, to motivate them to engage into activities in the field of new technologies.
Необхідність нашого дослідження можна пояснити тим, що вирішення проблем у розвитку системи господарювання, які виникли в кризових умовах перманентної політичної та економічної нестабільності, інституціональної невизначеності, потребує розробки система заходів, спрямованих на задіяння рушійних сил економічної трансформації. Основою для таких суспільних перетворень є впровадження в практику соціально-економічних перетворень ефективних моделей співвідношення економічних інтересів та інноваційної модернізації економіки як основи їх досягнення. Мета дослідження – виявлення ролі інноваційної модернізації економіки у формуванні та реалізації національних економічних інтересів. Методи наукового дослідження – абстрактно-логічний, статистичний, індукції та дедукції. На основі оцінки активізації рушійних сил економічної трансформації визначено необхідність упровадження в практику перетворень ефективних моделей формування економічних інтересів. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування і розвитку інноваційної модернізації економіки як основи досягнення рівня конкурентоспроможності національної системи господарювання, адекватного цілям і потребам трансформаційного періоду в умовах посилення глобальної конкуренції. Запропоновано шляхи узгодження економічних інтересів представників бізнес-структур із національними економічними інтересами України. Розкрито роль держави у формуванні інституційного середовища, визначенні найбільш ефективних економічних форм і методів управління інноваційною модернізацією національної економіки. Запропоновано заходи консолідації зусиль усіх учасників інноваційної модернізації економіки, які передбачають синтез положень неокласичної та неокейнсіанської доктрини з діями держави, адаптованими до сучасних реалій України, механізмами ринкової саморегуляції. У подальших дослідження запропоновано здійснити розробку інституційного середовища конкуренції економічних інтересів суб’єктів господарювання, умотивування їх до діяльності у сфері новітніх технологій.
