    In the globalized world, the issue of establishing new forms of cooperation in Ukraine’s energy sector with the countries of Central Europe is becoming urgent. With this in mind, the prospects of the project of "vertical" economic integration from north to south, from Scandinavia and the Baltic to the Balkan countries with access to the Adriatic Sea have been considered. The project of the Baltic-Black Sea alliance that is made up on the basis of security motives and includes the development of energy cooperation has been analyzed. It has been proven that with its powerful energy potential, Ukraine is able to integrate into the energy space using its own resource base and diversify the supply of fuel and energy resources within the energy space on a competitive basis. The scientific concept of the polarized space for the region’s development with a resource potential for the development of Ukraine’s economy in the context of globalization and European integration has been proposed.

    In the talk, we will present persistent efforts to provide modern mathematical education to children aged 7–10 years in the period of the partitions and the two-decade interwar period. Partic-ular attention will be paid to the works of now-forgotten Jeske (1836–1875), Jeleńska (1885–1961), Rusiecki (1892–1956). We will also underline the commitment of university professors of mathematics to mathematical education of younger children, including Banach (1892–1945). We will refer to the modern conception of teaching mathematics to younger children, among others, to the concept of children;s mathematics developed by Gruszczyk-Kolczyńska. We will observe the metamorphosis of the role of the decimal system of counting in the mathematical education of children in Poland in the period under discussion. An expanded paper was presented by the author at the 36 International conference of History of mathematics in 2015 in Poděbrady (see Domoradzki, 2015, p. 25–44).

    The article is devoted to the study of the processes in the modern world educational system in the conditions of globalization.     This article deals with the problem of the professional education of the students who are studying at the Pedagogical University. It is important today that the main task of the pedagogical science is to make system of the professional education of the future teacher. The main directions of the national priorities Ukrainian innovations and their importance for the Polish education system, as well as cooperation opportunities in these sectors of the Ukrainian and Polish teachers. The practical significance of the results determined by the effectiveness of the proposed approach in thinking about education policy, its structural elements, the directions of its influence on the development of a knowledge society, knowledge-economy of the individual.

    „Podwórko komputerowe” – pokój dziecka ze sprzętem podłączonym do sieci i rzeczywistości wirtualnej – jest przestrzenią bardzo wąską w sensie fizycznym. „Podwórko z trzepakami” – tradycyjne, zwykle – jest rzeczywistością realną; to miejsce interakcji dziecka z rówieśnikami i dorosłymi zamieszkujących okoliczne bloki czy domy. Jest wiele argumentów za celowością refleksji nad korzyściami płynącymi z renesansu tradycyjnych podwórek oraz swoistej adaptacji ich zalet na grunt nowych podwórek – z placami zabaw, grodzonych w przestrzeni między blokami oraz tych globalnych w pokoju dziecka. Odczuwa się niedobór naukowego namysłu nad kwestią podwórka jako prymarnego elementu dzieciństwa.
    Computer backyard – a child’s room with equipment connected to the network and virtual reality – is a very narrow space in the physical sense. Backyard with carpet-beating frames: traditional, ordinary, real; this is the place where children interact with their peers and adults living in neighboring blocks of flats or houses. There are many arguments for the purposefulness of reflection on the benefits of the renaissance of traditional backyards and the specific adaptation of their advantages to the new backyards – with playgrounds, fenced in the space between the blocks, as well as those global ones in children rooms. There is a lack of scientific reflection on the issue of the backyard as the primary element of childhood.
