Nowadays, innovations are necessary conditions for enterprise sustainable development. Moreover marketing strategy is the crucial element of ensures diffusion of innovation. The purpose of marketing strategy is to conduct market analyze, segment the market, develop marketing approach, right product portfolio and finally marketing plan. This article highlights the comprehensive role of marketing strategies for innovations. The results show, that marketing analyze for marketing strategy enables enterprises to go beyond the solely understanding of customer needs, thus enabling them to develop unexpected innovations. Marketing strategies also help companies to overcome barriers, associated with innovation commercialization. At the same time innovations can be a trigger for new marketing methods and instruments.

The paper presents the description of the different definitions of the concept - sustainable development of transport. The analysis of freight and passenger transportation in Ukraine in 2011 and composition of the park and the average age of municipal electric, sea and river vessels is studied. The volume of emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gas emissions from All transport modes in 2011 is analyzed. The framework and priorities of environmental cooperation between Ukraine and EU at the present stage are determined. Toehold purchase, defined here as purchase of one share in a firm by an investor preparing a tender offer to acquire majority of shares in it, reduces by one the number of shares this investor needs for majority. In the paper we construct mathematical models for the toehold and no-toehold strategies and compare the expected profits of the investor and the probabilities of takeover the firm in both strategies. It turns out that the expected profits of the investor in both strategies coincide. On the other hand, the probability of takeover the firm using the toehold strategy is considerably higher comparing to the no-toehold strategy. In the analysis of the models we apply the apparatus of incomplete Beta functions and some refined bounds for central binomial coefficients.

At the moment the problem of dealing with external environment is an important issue of effective corporate strategic management in the enterprise. One of the factors of company interaction with external environment is company stakeholders. At the moment the theoretical basis of stakeholder analysis is researched insufficiently. The current research pursued the two goals: to show on which stage of strategic management process stakeholder analysis influences corporate activity and to provide effective theoretical and practical ground for the selection of stakeholders. In order to achieve the first goal the main aspects of stakeholder theory are reviewed in the paper. The place of stakeholder analysis in strategic management process is identified. It is argued that the interests of the most influential stakeholders should be considered in corporate goals, strategy and the strategic decision making process due to the “strategic necessity”. The latter means that consideration of the stakeholder influence leads to the increase of corporate performance effectiveness and fi nancial stability. The second objective is achieved through the review of possible techniques that could be used for stakeholder selection. The most appropriate for such purpose techniques are identifi ed by the analysis of their advantageous and disadvantageous. As the result of the review it is proposed to conduct the stakeholder selection basing on application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The example of application of such method for stakeholder selection is presented in the article.

The article considers the importance and aims of implementation of ecologistic strategy at an enterprise. The author analyzes the factors of harmful effect of logistic processes at an enterprise on industrial and natural environment. The place of logistics and ecologization processes at an enterprise and their interconnection were efficiently estimated. The figure of Green Supply Chain Model (GrSCM) at an enterprise was constructed. The contradictions between logistics and ecologization processes were revealed, which allows esteeming the real perspectives and obstacles in ecologistical strategy implementation.

The article deals with the task of life cycle business modelling. In the article the strategic orientation of enterprises is examined from the point of estimation view of its possibility to cost creation. A problem consists in development of management mechanism of the difficult mutually concerted multistage complex of tasks in industries of cost creation for a consumer and cost of enterprise, as in turn laid out on the row of the recommended project measures. This task was set forth in terms of the dynamic programming. The brought analysis over of this task allowed forming the comfortable and transparent algorithm of her decision, and her erection in an eventual result to the task of the linear programming.

The necessity of enterprise rating activity based on multiple criteria, as well as the significance of selfrating in modern business environment has been proven. The conducted analysis of activity of Ukrainian banks allowed to draw conclusion about the general tendencies of banks development within the limits of clusters and testifi ed about the reduction of profi tability of equity in direct ratio to the decline of index of cartoonist of equity of the bank. The crisis processes in national and world economy have an infl uence on the banks of the fi rst cluster , because the structure of their capital is formed mainly by liabilities. The banks of the third cluster, predefi ned by low effi ciency and considerable frequent problem debt, need a recommendation to take part in M&A processes. The banks of second cluster at suffi cient profi tability and insignifi cant statistics of problem credits have a suffi cient provision of equity in case any unforeseeable circumstances arise. Thus, the optima of multiple capital index are 10-20, the proportion of equity to owned capital from 4 to to10.
